The room was really nicely decorated and bed was comfy. The staff were really friendly. Location was excellent. The pub is lovely. Good selection of drinks at the bar.
There were some cleanliness issues in the room - the drinking glasses were dirty. An old heater and fan had been left in the room which would be better stored elsewhere. The duvet cover was torn. The hamper my breakfast was in was dirty. Only 2 channels work on the TV. These are small issues which could easily be resolved. If they could sort these, it would score 10/10.

The bed and bedding were extremely comfortable. Loved the traditional features and double ended bath. The breakfast basket was lovely too.
It was very warm so we had the window open, not an issue for me but my husband was bothered by the early morning loud city noise.

Good location. In hindsight should have opted for breakfast hamper instead of cooked breakfast
