Great location, comfortable room, the grounds to go out for a walk and all staff were friendly, engaging, helpful and polite. Food was exceptional.
We didn't have a bath in our bathroom.

Had requested a feature room with a roll-top bath and the Rose Suite did not disappoint. Wonderful feature window and skylights to see the stars in this 'black sky' area. Masses of room, - hallway, huge bedroom and massive bathroom,
Atmosphere in this previous convent was special. Dinner was very good. And breakfast with lots of choice.
Not keen on decor of the modern extension, which is the bar.
Reception area is down a step, so not good for people with mobility difficulties.
We though dusting in the room could have been better...

welcome was as always lovley. Room upgrade very welcome! Breakfast was very nice. The staff are exceptionally helpful and polite! Our place to go for a relaxing break!
Dinner in the restruarant is over priced and we ate in the bar!
