The location was excellent
The view was beautiful
The staff were exceptional - Nathan was brilliant!
We would definitely come back based on how polite, nice, helpful and courteous the staff were.
The wait for our breakfast was over half an hour from ordering as they took our order, then several other orders on the way back to the kitchen. We were the last table (of 3) to get our food despite ordering before 2 tables of 6. The food was cold by the time it arrived. This was fed back. The staff were lovely and understood the issue.
The ‘double bed’ in the family room was so small one of us slept on the sofa. So not the best sleep.
The bath in the family room took 30 minutes to fill.

Loved how the hotel was overlooking the River Seven and how close to city centre.

tv kept crashing also no plug sockets by bed to charge phone apart from that it was beautifil

Receptionist was amazing and super friendly and helpful. Location on the river is great and short walk into town centre. Bar and outside seating really nice for an afternoon drink by the river.
Restaurant staff for the evening meal seemed thin on the ground and rushed making mistakes. Breakfast very average to poor with sausage burnt one side raw the other, fried eggs solid overall poor quality, continental options poor. Overall restaurant needs to improve especially for the prices they charge. On the positive side my rare streak was cooked to perfection.
