Perfect location for the town centre with plenty of options for eating out, shopping, great historic attractions and scenic walks along the river Severn. (Light sleepers should consider possible noise from nearby venues and streets.) We liked that the owners kept some of the original townhouse features, whilst adding necessary modern solutions. Our room was clean and comfortable enough, albeit quite compact. Minimal face-to-face staff interaction but our messages via Booking.com were responded to promptly and we had a contact phone number at hand.
Poor Wi-Fi signal that kept disconnecting. Inability to turn down the radiator temperature, change the temperature on the smart shower control panel and properly operate the TV with the provided remote control (e.g. volume level). The hand washing basin was more suitable for a toilet than a full-size bathroom.

Beautiful interior had everything that was needed spotless clean
Nothing did struggle with the key lock but I think that’s an old thing 😂😂😂

The unit was a great size and comfortable, thank goodness I had a ground floor unit, easy if one has luggage which I did.
The entrance which was Entrance B was not lit up the same way as Entrance A, so arriving in the middle of the night it was pitch dark, annoying and made me feel vulnerable. The sensor light in the foyer is only on for a short while & it's not enough time to bring your bags in and get the key out of key lock box, without waving your hands to reactivate it. Also the heating didn't work in my unit.
