Beautiful view, beautiful environment, good food!

A bit warm in the room

La posizione è davvero spettacolare, con una vista bellissima. La struttura ha il fascino tipico di una baita di montagna. Abbiamo cenato bene nonostante quella sera ci fosse moltissima gente. Molto gentile e disponibile il proprietario, che alla fine si è dimostrato davvero attento alle nostre esigenze. Una nota molto positiva anche per un altro cameriere, una persona un po’ più anziana, con cui abbiamo avuto modo di chiacchierare: davvero simpatico, educato e molto a modo.

La camera era l’unica della struttura con bagno interno, ma purtroppo era molto calda durante la notte. È comprensibile che una baita non disponga di aria condizionata, ma sarebbe sicuramente utile avere delle zanzariere, perché abbiamo dovuto dormire con le finestre aperte e siamo stati letteralmente assaliti dalle zanzare. Ci era stato inoltre detto che la forte illuminazione del terrazzo sarebbe stata spenta intorno a mezzanotte, cosa che ci avrebbe permesso di osservare le stelle. In realtà la luce è rimasta accesa fino a circa le due di notte. Infine, abbiamo avuto un’esperienza spiacevole con un cameriere che, verso le 23:15, quando abbiamo chiesto semplicemente due gelati con dei mirtilli dopo aver interrotto la cena in anticipo perché la mia compagna non stava bene, ci ha risposto in maniera molto brusca e maleducata. Capisco che fosse tardi e che il personale fosse stanco, ma il modo di rivolgersi agli ospiti dovrebbe sempre essere rispettoso. Fortunatamente il proprietario, al contrario, è stato estremamente gentile e ci ha portato personalmente quanto avevamo chiesto.

The view from the room terrace is simply the best (we saw fireworks on the lake from above, planes flying beneath you, gorgeous panorama)! The staff is super friendly (not many english speaking people). The room was quite spacious and had a sink (shower and toilet is shared but very clean). During our stay there was a concert and the place was full - very nice atmosphere, we even danced on the terrace. Breakfast was just ok (just ask for anything fresh or additional and they get it for you). The place is already a bit aged, but the memories and views make up for it a thousand times.

The swing and slide visible in the photo, are not there. It's a very rough and narrow road to get there. Once there, you don't want to leave it so maybe not the best place for visiting Como (very good place for hikers, though).

Vriendelijkheid personeel De weg er naar toe is vreselijk er is ruimte voor 2 auto maar er rijden er 2 Soms sta je vast en moet je achteruit Mooi vergezicht op het meer als je boven bent maar nooit meer deze weg. Het staat ook slecht aangegeven. Badkamer delen met 10 andere kamers. Nee niet mijn ding
