Stop using bleach and clean the rooms after the check out time at 11.00.

The location is very good, close to the train station and the attractions.

The noise from the very early morning was awful. Hotel, it's very small and cleaner started to clean the empty rooms since 7.30am, banging buckets and vacuum Hoovering. Also, the noise of crockery in the restaurant was added to the general distress. The use of bleach in this hotel is EXCESSIVE. When we arrived, I almost fainted to the strong smell of bleach, and none of the windows were opened to allow the fresh air to get in. I understand the need for sanitisation, but there are so many products on the market that are bleach free and can be used for the same purpose.

Very good choice in Como

It's a nice cosy hotel located 5 minutes of a walk from Como St. Giovanni and around 15 minutes away from the lake. The room was clean, the wi-fi worked great. Breakfast was OK. Perhaps I'd add some warm options, like scrambled eggs or sausages, but we couldn't complain. There was plenty of food anyway. The room description said there will be a kettle in it which is very important for me as I need hot water for my meds. It turned out that it wasn't there, but as soon as I asked the receptionist for one, he was kind enough to bring it.

Hidden gem

Excellent situated near Como centre and 5 minutes of Como San Giovanni train and bus station. Very nice breakfast and comfortable rooms with nice windows and AC , excellent quality for money

Everything was really great, location was close to everything, breakfast was good and the shower was excellent!

The only thing that wasn't great about this room was that they had plastic under the sheets and pillow which was a bit uncomfortable but not unbearable. I would stay here again!
