Overall it was a very positive stay. I will recommend this hotel.

Close to Como San Giovanni Train Station and to City center. You can reach many restaurants and lake Come on foot. Breakfast is good and I recommend it.

Showers are small. I doubt how an obese person will fit in it…

The hotel is nice, but pls educate the guests

Everything was nice in the hotel, I had a spacous room (no.105), breakfast was good as well - especially the cakes with cream, staff was friendly.

what I didn't like were the other guests, who couldn't sleep, shouted, pulling furniture instead of sleeping at night. The walls are not that thin, but other guest were rentless. Coughing on the nice cakes and croissants at breakfast. Maybe some writings and covered bowls for the food would help.

This apartment is gorgeous, handy, and comfortable.

Washer/dryer in the bathroom. It is convenient to the metro. It is very modern, with beautiful bathroom, automatic blinds in the bedroom.

There were no instructions for using the coffee press. It was difficult to unlock the key box.

I had a generally good stay at the B&B hotel in Como. The location is excellent - just a short walk from the main train station, which made getting around really convenient. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was excellent - fresh, tasty, and with a good variety. The room was cozy and clean, but there were a few small drawbacks. There was no carpeting, which made the space feel a bit less warm, and there was no electric kettle in the room. Also, the soundproofing was quite weak - I could hear noise from other rooms and the hallway, which was a bit distracting. Overall, it's a solid choice for a short stay in Como, especially thanks to the location and service.

A true blessing.

Breakfast was filling and had a great variety of food. Room was spotless and plenty of room for 2 people even though I was alone it was clear 2 people would be comfortable in this room which was a single room. Location was just 5 minutes away from where I needed to be. PERFECT. Transportation to the train station was perfect as well. Food in the neighborhood was delicious as well. I have told everyone I know already about the wonderful place I stayed and they ALL will be coming to stay at the hotel.

The overall room and staff were great! Comfy bed, spacious room, great views and super helpful people at the front desk. The best part was the distance between the hotel and the train station and even from the city center.

The pillows were not my favorite cause they were a bit too flat but I guess that’s personal preference. The curtain in the bathroom window was stuck and I couldn’t get it down. However, all in all the best place to stay at when visiting Lake Como.

Superb

Rooms were very clean and tidy, and the beds were comfortable. On top of that is a very good location, close to rail station, main centre and lake, it was amazing time.

The only issue we had was not being able to check in in our rooms on time. As we came with a big group of friends just for one night, we came to hotel one hour after rooms supposed to ready just to put our bags in safe place and go straight away to see the city, however only 2 rooms, from 5 of them was prepared for us. Staff was very polite, though, and I believe it might not be their fault, but maybe some of the previous customers didn't check out on time.

Highly recommend B&B Hotel Como City Centre

I loved everything during my stay here. I chose this specific hotel due to its proximity to Como S. Giovanni train station and about 10 minutes walking distance to Lake Como. From when I arrived until I left, the staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout. The room was spacious and I had an en-suite bathroom which is always very handy, which also had a hairdryer. The room had a TV, safe and mini fridge if you wanted to bring snacks. There’s a good variety of food present for breakfast. If I ever visit Como again, I would stay here without a second thought! Highly recommend.

The staff were very kind good English lingual skills the girls on the front desk always have a smile waiting for you they do a lot of good things for you and the lobby has a great little store at the front the place is also from early 6am to 11pm which is great. como is not a big place this place is very cheap if your young or you have a hire car or bike it's a great location to get around from but honestly it's like 5 mins to walk to the main monuments and it's even closer for bars restaurants and laundromat

Just that there were fruit flies or something like mosquito's in my room it was only 1 or 2 of them no big deal I swatted those bugs and enjoyed my stay there honestly 10 out of 10.
