Health and safety issue

Well equipped cottage. Great location, prompt attention from manager.

Not as close to beach as advertised. Especially dangerous walking the road with small children. Lot of fumes from boiler no carbon monoxide alarm. Offered a refund for one night as we had to leave early because of fumes. Refund not sent to me . Wether it was owner or booking.com not sure but felt like I was trying to swindle 200 e . Disappointed to say the least.

Good self catering for independent holiday.

The cottage is well kept and has a garden and is well positioned for exploring the area. It has a washing machine and outside washing line.

, ok beds and half rolls toilet paper no shower gel in both bathrooms, no suggestion of welcome pack for late arrivals , and no internet. Bring your own towel the excuse was due to covid in that case how to hotels survive. if they're implementing their own covid standards the bed linen and duvets should be renewed on each visit .

We had wonderful time over there I know Ballingskeligs and all areas quite well wasn't my first time, love this place,Ring of Kerry beautiful Irish cost line ,we had eco tour around Skelligs Rocks amazing experience .Actually all positives for me and friends of mine .

We had a happy stay despite the shortcomings of the holiday rental

The location was good if you have a car. We liked the views from the house and the garden with sitting area.

We found the house shabby and in need of repair, e.g, carpentry (stairs need fixing, entrance to bathroom), towel rails etc There was very few working light bulbs, less than half in house! The sofa was not fit for sitting , there was no coffee making facility (even no plunger) & less than 2 loo rolls for all of us for our stay ! House in need of an update, including contents in our opinion. We were concerned on arrival that the corona virus care promised was not in place. several windows, ( kitchen & 2 bedrooms )were not open on arrival and no key was apparent. the owner said I should have contacted them about this. I spent a good time stripping beds as requested, no bag to put the bed linen & told later this was not necessary! This was stated on house lnstructions and would have given an extra 20 mins + on top of the early 10.00 a. m checkout, No hand sanitiser was provided as stated. Lucky we brought our own!

Die Ortschaft, die Lage und der Schnitt der Zimmer des Hauses waren gut

Das Haus wurde nur oberflächlich gereinigt. Der Boden war dreckig und klebte. Einige Dreckspuren waren bestimmt schon länger da. Das Geschirr bzw. Töpfe und Pfannen waren nicht sauber. Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war sehr gering. Die Eingangstüre und die Hintertüre konnten nicht abgesperrt werden. Der Meerblick auf dem Beschreibungsbild ist auch nicht vorhanden. Wir haben 3 Nächte gebucht - sind aber schon nach der zweiten Nacht abgereist.
