Dissapointing stay

Rennovatwd bathroom, 24 hour reception desk

I was quite disappointed with both the room and the overall state of the hotel. Although advertised as a 4-star property, it feels like time has stood still since the 1990s, with much of the old furniture still in place — and unfortunately, it looks exactly that way. We booked a double room, which turned out to be quite small and dated. The only part that seemed recently renovated was the bathroom, which was modern and pleasant. The walls, however, felt very thin — every morning I was woken up by noise from people walking in the hallway. I asked to change to a room with a better view, but the hotel was fully booked, and unfortunately no alternative or compensation was offered. Breakfast was included and acceptable, but nothing memorable and was only avaiable from 7.30-9.30. Overall, I cannot agree with the 4-star rating; I would rate it closer to 2.5 stars. For the price, it does not offer good value, as there are definitely nicer hotels or apartments in the area.

The staff was very nice and helpful. It is a nice hotel with swimming pool; shuttle-bus to the sea; nice, spacious and clean room and bathroom; very good breakfast and lunch. The buss driver was very nice and helpful!

Okayish Hotel room with 9/10 grumpy staff.

Beds were comfy, bathroom was nice. Receiptionist was neutral.

Tv remote was missing, i don’t know why, so we asked for one. One angry looking old big guy came upstairs with the look „how dare you interrupting my night“ and gruntingly turned and walked away without saying a word. Staff in the breakfast room was very rushed and tried to get rid of us by being extra loud and running around, even though it was still some minutes to breakfast finish. The breakfast is cheap and really not nice. But I guess that’s how they can increase the room prices. Going to a bakery would be much nicer. If you can ignore all of that, then why not.

Nice hotel near the center and the beach

The breakfast staff very friendly and helpful.

The construction going on from 7.30 am... Not the original hotel we booked as apparently a heating problem. So we were in Hotel San Carlo.. the upgrade room was very small and overlooking the construction site. My Husband has a heart problem so really does not need any stress but we found it so.

Horrible, never again

The workers in the restaurant were doing their best to please the guests but infortenatly the food was miserable.

When we arrived, our room looked discusting, Garbage was full, the bed was made but full of hair and make up, the towels where fold but not new. The soap was used. The Break fast looked and tasted really cheap. The evening buffet was so rediculous that we were having dinner outside even we had payed for the week. They said no parking for booking reservations. Last place I would recommend or would go back to.

Walkable distance to beach, but not too close. The hotel provides sun beds for its guests. Price/comfort ratio. Modern bathroom and there was a balcony. Very attentive staff, very helpful and friendly, even at very busy breakfast.

Hotel is 4 Star, however the rooms are furnished with very old furniture, uncomfortable bed/mattress. Same breakfast, not much variety (maybe due to post covid measures). 10 min walk to beach at least.

Badezimmer, Dusche und Balkon sehr groß und geräumig, Gutes, reichhaltiges Frühstück , Preis Leistung in Ordnung, Dank zwei Aufzügen praktisch keine Wartezeiten, Parken in der Nähe zum Hotel gebührenfrei

Hotelgäste nehmen Speisen vom Frühstücksbuffet mit, dadurch zeitweise einige Mehlspeisen vergriffen. Fahrradverleih (wird in Hotelbeschreibung zwar nicht beworben) wird angeboten, allerdings nur für 2 Stunden gratis, danach für jede halbe Stunde 5 €.

Secondo me la stanza non era da 4 stelle. Non mi è piaciuto il fatto che eravamo in due e avevamo a disposizione solo un telo da bagno.

Perfekt für einen Kurzurlaub

Zimmer war super und sehr sauber. Personal an der Rezeption unglaublich freundlich. Frühstück war gut, leider wurde ab 9.00 Uhr nicht mehr nachgelegt, da es um 9.30 Uhr aus ist. Hatten daher nicht viel essen können.
