The airconditioner clearly cant handle the size of our apartment, and its placed near to the walls so its overheated, when we moved the outside unit further from the wall and its started working way more powerfully. Our hotel has their own sun shades on the beach but you still need to pay for the sunhades and for the sun beds. But not thats the problem. The problem is this sun shades located soo far from be beach. If you want to rest on your sunbed while your childs play in the water its impossible. You cant even see the sea from hotel callipsos sun bed's And that crazy loud bugs on the trees which maken a weird crackling sound from 1 pm to 5pm

We always enjoy the beach in Lignano. Too bad that the ownership doesn’t take care of this hotel which is in a prime loc

Right in front of the beautiful beach of Lignano Sabiadorro. The breakfast was absolutely delicious under the supervision of a smiley and polite staff. The outdoor terrasse was cool and right in front of the beach.

Old hotel needs a total remodeling, not just an update. The staff did their best to make our stay confortable and pleasant, which was appreciated. We had a penthouse appartement, not meeting our expectations but we made the best out of it. We had to move some furniture not to injured our head on the sloped ceiling, the AC was not sufficient . But this was clean, well taking care by the nice cleaning ladies.

Close to the beach and pedestrian street, very helpful staff, big interconnected room, perfect for vacation with children, free sunbeds and parking because we stayed more than 3 nights

Extremely poor breakfast, room floor was pretty dirty, dinner included in half board was extremely poor, with very small overcooked and dry portions, drinks should be payed extra.

Lo staff,la struttura è da 1 stella forse,la colazione andavamo a farla al hotel Ambra nr civico 124, volevano derubarmi 14€ per il parcheggio esterno che è a 400 mt in un campo abbandonato,il parcheggio loro dietro lo danno a chi li è simpatico ( forse ) siamo arrivati alle 14:00 e a noi hanno dato il campo,a chi è arrivato alle 21:00 hanno dato la comodità di parcheggiare in struttura.ah,premesso che ho prenotato con io parcheggio.

Kein Luxus aber Zweckgemäß

Die Lage ist hervorragend und zum Strand muss man nur über die Straße gehen. Stadt ist auch gleich um die Ecke. Klimaanlage und Kühlschrank im Zimmer vorhanden. Zugang ins Hotel 24h möglich. Zimmer hatte eine relativ neue Ausstattung. Strandplatz mit Sonnenschirm und Liegen war inclusive. Fahrräder gab es auch kostenlos zum verleih.

Das Zimmer war im 4. Stock und der Fahrstuhl ist recht klein und macht nicht den sichersten Eindruck. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig sodass alles gehört werden kann was in den Zimmern und Fluren passiert. Der Blick aus dem Fenster war leider direkt auf die Hausmauer des Nachbarsgebäude. Frühstück war inclusive aber die Auswahl lässt zu wünschen übrig. Das Personal war freundlich aber wenig motiviert. Parkplatz kostet 7-8€ pro Tag.

Schöner Italien Urlaub mit guten Hotelzimmer

Preis Leistung ist unschlagbar,Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wer Luxus erwarten ist hier zwar falsch aber wer es sauber haben will und mit einem Bett und Badezimmer +WC zufrieden ist, ist hier genau richtig. Perfekte Lage ,Strand ist gleich gegenüber und die Einkaufsmeile nur ein paar Straßen weiter und trotzdem ist es ruhig.Frühstück ist sehr gut und der Hotel eigene Parkplatz ist nicht weit weg.

Das ich schon wieder nach Hause musste.

Toppenläge med närhet till stranden. Fräsch rum med bl a ac och kylskåp. Jättebra frukostbuffé med olika kaffesorter, bröd, kaffebröd, frukter mm att välja på.

Allt var toppen , ska man hitta något negativt så kan det vara att det var 400 m till p-platsen.

-der Kaffee beim Frühstück könnte besser sein -Fruchtsaft Konzentrat war nicht trinkbar - Eier Speise war aus der Verpackung, wurde nicht frisch zubereitet Als ich den hotelmitarbeiter gebeten habe, mit meinem Auto auf dem eigenen Parkplatz zwei Stunden länger stehen zu bleiben, hat er plötzlich kein Deutsch mehr verstanden und immer wieder gesagt? Der Parkplatz muss um 10 Uhr verlassen werden. - für diesen Preis erwarte ich etwas mehr!

Per colazione ho preso solo un krapfen ma era tanto secco da non farmi voglia di finirlo, le camere sono piccole e datate, ma i veri problemi sono stati l'insonorizzazione pari a zero, e soprattutto la nostra camera non era stata pulita.. peli sul water e PUGNI di capelli neri e lunghi a terra.. però apposti i "sigilli" che attestano l'avvenuta pulizia.. una presa in giro

Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich perfekt. Man muss nur über die Straße gehen und ist schon am Strand. Zur Einkaufsmeile 5 min, Was will man mehr? Das Frühstück war ganz in Ordnung.

Leider war unser Kasten defekt. Der Fernseher hat auch nach mehrmaliger Reklamation nicht funktioniert.

War enttäuscht weil das Bade Zimmer nicht aussah wie auf den Fotos die Dusche mit dem wc in einem wc immer nass beim duschen Wasser Einstellung war sehr schlecht und kein Wasser druck beim Waschbecken die Klima war an aber man merkte kaum etwas davon (vl defekt ) Zimmer wurde geputzt war aber leider nicht sauber

Nichts! Außer die netten Menschen, die im selben Hotel waren. ❤️

Der schlimmste Urlaub, den wir je erlebt haben. Unser Auto wurde auf dem Hotelparkplatz beschädigt – durch einen Hotelmitarbeiter. Keine Entschuldigung, keine Hilfe, trotz Kameras. Falsches Zimmer erhalten – Doppelbett fehlte, Ausstattung unvollständig (kein Safe, kein Wäscheständer kein Schreibtisch usw.). Die zwei Einzelbetten rutschten ständig auseinander. Das Bad war eine Zumutung: Schimmel, defekte Fliesen, Toilette unter der Dusche – man konnte sie nicht gleichzeitig nutzen. Unsere Tochter verletzte sich beim Duschen. Reinigung schlecht, Möbel auf der Terrasse kaputt, scharfe Kanten. Zu wenig Bettdecken – mussten unsere eigenen Strandtücher verwenden. Für alles muss man extra zahlen: Parkplatz, Liegen, Sonnenschirm – obwohl man schon viel bezahlt hat. Kein einziges Lächeln, kein "Hallo", kein "Guten Morgen" null Gastfreundschaft. Fazit: Nie wieder. Ein Hotel ohne Service, Respekt oder Verantwortung.

kein Ort für Urlaub sondern einer Großbaustelle

Das man ohne Probleme zu Fuß alles in wenigen Minuten im Zentrum erreichen konnte und somit Abstand von diesen Horror Hotel hatte.

Das gebuchte Zimmer wurde uns nicht zur Verfügung gestellt. Wir wurden in den 5. Stock in ein Dachgeschosszimmer verbannt. -beschädigtes Badezimmer. - muffiger Geruch - Glasscherben unterm Bett - defekte Klimaanlage - Zimmereinrichtung Extrem veraltet und heruntergekommen. -Preis Leistungs Verhältnis -Frühstück nicht genießbar -Parkplatz - Anfrage auf Stornierung vor Ort wurde uns verweigert.

Teilrenoviertes Hotel in Toplage, nur durch Promenade vom Strand getrennt, tolle Frühstücksterrasse, Frühstück akzeptabel;

Trotz Angabe eines Privatstrandes und Parkplatz an der Anlage mussten wir 2 Liegestühle + Sonnenschirm sowie Parkgebühren extra bezahlen !!!

Я не понимаю, как можно было унитаз устанавливать прямо в душе? На кроватях лежали доски, на которых лежали матрасы. Вид из окон на некрасивый дом. Сотрудник на завтраке был настолько угрюмым, из за чего было чувство, что мы в чем то провинились) и вообщем было некомфортно. Хотелось поскорее покинуть этот отель.
