Very bad behavior no customer focus

It is on beach side...

First they give us a key of a room what somebody already occupied all they things were in the room when we told them that the room occupied they didn't believe is therefore they come too check it physicality.... With all our luggage late night up to the 4st floor then back to reception up again down again then finally back to 3rd floor having our room.... OMG. Then in the restaurant the woman were asking us to wear the mask while she doesn't wear it... More than funny...:) Finally during check out in front of us 3 German customer behind us an Austrian customer we wait approx 30 minutes to check out while the receptionist booked out an Italian lady from the end of the line when we asked her for explanation she forget to speak English... Haha I will never go again in this hotel .. last year I've been in hotel Adria 5 minutes walking from here and the room, food and staff were excellent!!!

Very poor

It’s close to the beach. The room was relatively clean.

A double room is miniature in that hotel. If you don’t want to feel like you’re living in a sardine box I recommend a at least a bigger room or a different hotel. However the furniture is way to old and you can hear your neighbors as if they were sharing the room with you. Slamming of doors and using keys with a huge number on it is standard. Definitely the last time I’ll be staying there.

Hotel bike free use, excellent opportunity to discover whole Lignano, location in center of Sabbiadoro close to walking street and beach, no so busy and not fully occupied, very clean room - bathroom , very clean air conditioner disinfected (no bad smell as in Hotels usual), free parking (300m from Hotel but transfer OK or by walk few minutes),

old bed is very soft, no room fridge, very small tresor,

Frühstück immer kalt auch der Raum... das hotel wäre gute Lage aber sehr Überholung bedürftig....

Das kalte Frühstück zb Eierspeisen war immer kalt....Personal war keines zu sehen ...der Raum war sehr kalt ....schade das hotel hätte eine super Lage....aber der preis war gut daher nimmt man gewisse sachen hin

La colazione varia ed abbondante e soprattutto in terrazza vista mare

La porta della stanza sbatte ogni volta che gli altri la chiudono, andrebbe rivista. Il vetro della doccia non si chiude bene. La stanza però era ampia e con terrazzo grande.

Hotel in cui non torno più, va bene solo per chi cerca divertimento, non per chi desidera qualità.

L'accoglienza, la gentilezza e professionalità della responsabile alla ricezione. Super attenta, ha soddisfatto tutte le necessità anche di più. La pulizia era impeccabile.

La camera era piccola, non sono insonorizzate, si sente tutto (la mattina dalle 7 circa é impossibile dormire perché il personale fa un gran rumore) non c'era il telefono per comunicare con la reception, il mobile intorno al letto con le lampade non mi é piaciuto, avevo troppa luce anche quando mi serviva averne meno avrei preferito un bel comodino con una lampada, mancavano i cuscini e quando ne ho chiesti altri non ne avevano in più, ma gentilmente ne hanno presi da un'altra stanza. La cosa peggiore che mi é capitata era alla colazione, la macchina del caffè aveva anche il cappuccino, ma erogava solo caffelatte; quando ho chiesto ad un inserviente (non italiano) lui mi non mi ha risposto a parole ma solo a gesti incomprensibili per ben due volte. Poi gli ho chiesto se parlava italiano ed in effetti si, ho fatto una battuta e lui é stato molto scortese mi ha risposto male, ed ha continuato anche nei giorni successivi. Di sicuro non torneremo più.

Ottimo alloggio per una notte

Hotel davanti al mare posizione eccellente, terrazza vista mare per fare colazione. Ottima colazione sia dolce che salato con tantissima scelta.

Camera con mobilio datato, TV in camera aveva solo 1 canale memorizzato. Camera un po' stretta ma del resto era una singola

A szoba amit foglaltunk rendkívűl kicsi volt nagyon keskeny francia ágy rettentő rossz elrendezésben. Ez a képekből nem derült ki és véleményeket sem talaltunk a szobárol Rendkívűl csalódottak voltunk elrontotta a hangulatunkat.

Kellemes, de szűkös szálláshely.

A tisztaság példás, a személyzet kedves és segítőkész.

Parkolót csak fél kilométerre kaptunk, alig olcsóbban, mintha az utcán álltunk volna. A falak vékonyak, a szomszéd szobától csak egy ajtó választ el, így kvázi egymás lélegzését hallgattuk a szobaszomszéddal. A szoba ráadásul zsebkendőnyi pici, hiába mondják kétszemélyesnek.

Für den Preis in Ordnung

Direkte Strandlage. Ab einem Aufenthalt von 4 Tagen sind zwei Liegen und ein Schirm inklusive. Frühstück gut und ausreichend. Die Stadt ist in nicht mal 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

-super Lage - direkt am Strand, wenige Minuten zur Einkaufsmeile -sehr sauber -freundliches Personal - sehr gutes Frühstück, wird sofort nachgelegt wenn etwas ausgeht - Kühlschrank im Zimmer -gute Preis - Leistung Die Zimmer sind zwar eher klein und schon älter aber fürs Wochenende absolut ausreichend.

- Zimmer sehr hellhörig (man hört, wenn der Nachbar eine Nachricht bekommt) - Liegen und Schirm mit Aufpreis (erst ab 4 Nächte gratis dabei) - Parkplatz mit Aufpreis - keine Hotelbar

Auch wenn es günstig war, war jeder Euro den wir bezahlt haben zu viel! NIE WIEDER!!!!

Das einzig positive an dem Aufenthalt war die Lage.

Wo soll ich anfangen bei "was hat Ihnen nicht gefallen"... Personal: Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir an der Rezeption sehr unfreundlich empfangen, und das hat sich über den gesamten Aufenthalt nicht verändert. Man wurde nicht mal gegrüßt. Auch die 2 Herren beim Frühstück waren sehr unfreundlich, haben nicht gegrüßt und lieber mit dem Handy gespielt, als die leeren Teller wieder aufzufüllen. Frühstücksbuffet: Es war dreckig, wenig Auswahl und das was vorhanden war, war qualitativ ungenügend. Der Proscuitto war zu dick geschnitten, die Salami grau. Die Kaffeemaschine hatte nie Milch und der Saftautomat auch die meiste Zeit leer. Tische waren dreckig und Geschirr kaputt. Zimmer: Die Zimmer waren sehr alt , aber dieses Zimmer hat alles übertroffen. Das Bett war wackelig, Nachttisch gab es keinen, stattdessen stand da ein Stuhl als Ablage. Das Badezimmer war klein, und die Dusche war so klein, dass man sich kaum umdrehen konnte. Außerdem in der Dusche Schimmel an den Fugen und am Band der Notrufglocke. Die Lüftung in der Dusche war dick belegt mit Staub, was darauf deuten lässt, dass diese noch nie geputzt wurde. Allgemeinfläche: In den Gängen hat es nach Toilette gerochen, und Abends kein Licht im Gang, sodass man im Dunkeln in sein Zimmer finden musste. Die Wände so dünn, dass man den Nachbarn schnarchen gehört hat. Parkplatz: Bei Ankunft sagte man uns, dass es keinen Parkplatz am Hotel gibt, jedoch gegen Aufpreis von € 7,00 / Tag einen in der Nähe. Die "Nähe" war dann eine unbefestigte Wiese 500 m vom Hotel entfernt, wo es auch Abends keinerlei Beleuchtung und Bewachung gab. Strandliegen: erst ab 4 Nächten inkludiert - aber auch gegen Bezahlung keine frei. Fazit: Auch wenn es günstig war, war jeder Euro den wir bezahlt haben zu viel! NIE WIEDER!!!! Und das Hotel hat keinen der 3 Sterne, die es hat, verdient!

Wir waren mit allen sehr zufrieden!

Preis Leistung sehr gut. Die Lage ist Traumhaft! Direkt am Strand und um die Ecke befindet sich die Einkaufsstraße.

Das Hotel ist schon in die Jahre gekommen, aber das Reinigungspersonal war sehr bemüht alles sauber zu halten.

Die direkte Lage am Strand Ab 4 Aufenthaltstage hat man automatisch Strandliegen + einen Sonnenschirm dabei Rezeption war 24/7 besetzt Piazza della Fontana gleich in der Nähe Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war super

Die Balkontür war leider defekt und hat sich nicht ganz schließen lassen Klimaanlage konnte man nur auf 1 Stufe einstellen (3 weitere waren aber laut Steuersystem vorhanden) Bei den Matratzen spürt man jede einzelne Feder Sehr hellhörig

Tropfende Klimaanlage - komplett nasser Boden; keine Decken; Tagesdecke dreckig! Silberfische im Zimmer; Frühstück schrecklich. Butter, Wurst ect wurde nie gekühlt!!!!

Veraltetes Hotel mit Aufzug. Keine Ablage im Bad. Strandnähe und kurzer Fußweg zur Einkaufsmeile.

Die Nähe zum Strand war super. Zimmer im oberen Stockwerk war hervorragend, tolle Aussicht aufs Meer. Ein paar Minuten bis zur Fußgängerzone. Rollo bei den großen Fenstern im Zimmer waren vorhanden. Aufzug vorhanden. Leider hatten wir nur 3 Nächte gebucht, jetzt mussten wir jeden Tag um die Liegen kämpfen.

Das Hotel ist vollkommen veraltet. Keine Ablage im Badezimmer für Waschzeug. 1 Duschtuch wurde nur gewechselt, alles andere blieb von den gebrauchten im Bad hängen. Man versteht nicht warum! Parkplatz ist 10 Minuten Fußweg entfernt, Beim Doppelbett war ein Leintuch zum zudecken am Bett. Frühstück nicht all zu viel Auswahl. Gemüse war beim Frühstück ausgegangen und wurde nach 3/4 Std erst nachgebracht. Die Salami beim Frühstück hatte eine gräuliche Farbe, anstatt die rote, wie gewohnt.

Katastrophal

Zimmer war klein und heruntergekommen. Das Zimmer war mit einer Tür mit Zimmer von anderen Gästen verbunden, man hat jede Bewegung, jedes Wort der anderen Gäste gehört, es war äußerst unangenehm. Das Personal war sehr unfreundlich und nicht hilfsbereit.

Solo posizione e colazione eccellenti

Colazione super, tantissima scelta e di qualità

Camera e bagno puliti ma l' arredamento della camera e la struttura sono lasciati al tempo che è passato senza alcuni lavori di mantenimento a parte i serramenti. Il balcone della mia stanza era fronte mare ( prezzo maggiorato ma giustamente giustificato dal panorama) ma essendo al primo piano il mare non si vede perché è altezza pini e tetto sala ristorante, che anche quest' ultimo non è un bel vedere in quanto piena di erbacce e lasciata un po' a se stessa, quindi non vale la pena pagare di più. Gocce d'acqua e sporco cadono dal tetto del balcone del secondo piano quindi nel nostro balcone c 'era sempre una pozza d' acqua , "l'arredo" anche quello è datato e usurato, quindi se pensate di godervi il balcone per vedere il mare provate a chiedere i piani più alti. Posizione della struttura è eccellente, in centro e tranquilla
