Location was quiet - a 5 min walk from the walled city. Apartment was very spacious and kitchen had all the relevant amenities. Pool/beach towels were available. People looking after the property gave us useful information and helped us book at taxi to Pisa airport.
Internet was a bit patchy.

We really enjoyed coming back to the swimming pool after walking around Lucca.
It was a 10-15 minute walk into the walls of Lucca and at least 30 minutes from the station

Friendliness of staff, always happy to give recommendations which helped our stay.
Great to have a pool to relax in after a day out.
