Perfect for what we wanted it from, close to transport connections to The Hague centre

Size of the property, value for money, facilities in the room, view from window,

Bed felt hard and uncomfortable, could just be a preference as I have a softer matteress at home, extractor fan is in ur face if you have to cook, room was quite dusty, a rug in the living room would be a nice touch

Nice apartment stay in The Hague

Really nice apartment, and the parking was convenient. Location was good, about a 15-20 min walk to nice hotspots for food, and a quick drive to the beach.

A couple of broken blinds and little fittings within the apartment, but nothing that was really an issue.

Nice location to stay in den Haag , but Appartment could be better maintain for its cost.

Great location

There is clearly a ventilation problem as food-cooking smell was present since the moment we walked in, and no amount of time with open windows could resolve it. Also washing machines downstairs broke during our stay , so this service wasn’t available at all. And overall could be maintained better for the money it costs

Nice, spacious room. We had a great view from the higher floors. Easy access to city center and to the beach. Very nice surroundings with nearby parks.

Good sized room with self catering facilities, nice bathroom with large separate shower and bath. Good communal facilities. Good location for us visiting family.

It was a bit dusty in places. The large room and tiled floor meant is was a bit cold sometimes. Air conditioning heating not very effective.

Clean and Convenient

Because it is not in the city center it was a little more affordable. But, the location is close to public transportation which makes it easy to get around town. The room was clean and met our needs. The staff was helpful to answer questions about getting around, apps to use, etc.

I did book a non-refundable rate, but I was disappointed that when I needed to adjust my 5 day stay to check in one day later, and they would not refund me one night's stay.

LOVED this property as a whole! My partner and I really enjoyed our stay there. The facilities were very modern and everything you would need was there. The actual layout and size of the apartment was great and very spacious. I like there was uk plug points as well, great for traveler’s. The kitchen was great size. The bathroom was also very spacious with a bath and a separate large shower. Lighting in the bathroom is also GREAT. Location is also perfect, far enough so you don’t hear traffic noise outside but also near enough to enjoy shops and nearby food shops. GREAT LOCATION!

The only thing that would make this property one step better is having a smart tv function on the tv to connect mobile so we can watch Netflix. Also the staff were not necessarily rude but they were not the warmest to us. Also there is minimal storage for clothes however for a short stay we did not mind that.

Spaciuos and comfy aparthotel

The hotel is located within a short walk from a station of tram line 17. The room is spacious and well equipped. The bed is large and comfy. There is free coffee at the lobby during working hours.

Pillows are too low and soft. More coffee capsules should be provided, at least 1 capsule a day for each person.

The value for money was great. The room was very clean and very warm. The instructions to get into the hotel with the code were clear and staff was friendly.

Nice big room, excellent ac, very petfriendly. Good location in a safe, calm and beautiful neighborhood. Very easy to park the car right outside. Very good WiFi. Quiet room, zero disturbances. Good beds, huge bathroom. We rented bikes from the hotel and explored Hague.

Online they reply very fast in opening hours, and have online check in and out ( one cannarrive and leave ,,anytime,,)

The accommodation was not bad, but had several small disadvantages I had an underground apartment. One has to personaly come to show ID at reception desk which has hours 8-18 and when someone come for i.e. Conference it is very uncomfartable you have to run back to hotel. The hotel is not so close to conference centre as is seems from map ( it is 10-15min walk).

Perfect location for our needs Very modern and nice room, good size (Executive room) Self check in worked well (would like to know what to do w/ key card when leaving) Good water pressure in shower with very quiet extraction fan

The pillows were oddly large and made fo uncomfortable sleep, sadly. Would prefer regular sized pillows.
