Good quality hotel.

Very nice hotel and rooms are a very high standard.

My two brief interactions with staff were a bit disappointing. When checking in at one point the lady appeared annoyed with me I'm not sure why.

Convenient and comfortable hotel

Room was spacious, very comfortable. Does not have the best views but very practical room with a space to work and a spacious bathroom as well. I found the check in process fast and smooth. They allowed us to check in early which was amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful.

There was no iron in the room, had to call reception for one.

The carpets in the corridors smelled badly, there were spots on the doors, on elevator windows and doors, overall was not that clean, there was no tea and salmon for the breakfast (we had in Radisson Blue Brugge that was 4 star hotel as well)

Overall, a wonderful stay with excellent staff and service; minor inconveniences did not overshadow

Everything was excellent, the room was comfortable and spotless, and the location was perfect for exploring The Hague. I would especially like to thank Tiffany for her hard work and support. I initially booked a room large enough to accommodate my whole family, but upon arrival, there was an issue, and the booking only covered half of my family. Tiffany quickly resolved this by providing two connecting rooms with the middle door open, ensuring we were all comfortably together. Much appreciated, Tiffany, great effort and outstanding support!

Unfortunately, there were a few downsides during our stay. Due to roadworks directly in front of the hotel, movement was difficult, requiring extra walking to reach buses, trams, and our car. Additionally, parking was problematic due to height restrictions it was challenging to fit our vehicle with the roof box. The breakfast area was overcrowded, although I understand it's peak season; however, the limited breakfast options could be improved in the future.

Expensive, poorly trained staff

The housekeeping was poor, the shampoo and body wash in the bathroom was not refilled for 3 days of our stay. The reception team was ill trained and did not explain the parking related process properly leading to lots of hassles and time waste. There was not clear signal for the alternative route to take due to construction work going on.

Spacious room and locely stay with Kids. Awesome breakfast.

Fabulous for kids. Breakfast was amazing for the whole family! Location and the fact that you get a discount to Corpus buying a voucher at the hotel makes it ideal if you want to visit Corpus as we did. The room was very spacious.

There's not much we did not like. The kettle in the room was broken but was very quickly replaced by the awesome staff.

It turned out to be a nice hotel to stay than the one in city centre.

The room was spacious. The breakfast was good with a range of choices. The location was in a nice area, next to very good museums, and near the beach. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

It’d be even better if there’s a restaurant for lunch and dinner.

Parking fee is not included in the booking and it costs a lot about 25 Euro. Would be good if hotel can offer a cheaper one for guests

Nothing special and too noisy to be a good stay.

Rooms are relatively clean and the hotel is well situated for visits to some international organizations. It seems to attract more families than business travelers though. Self check-in is very quick but also very impersonal.

In all of my stays in this hotel, there has been too much noise coming from the corridor and from rooms above and below. Somehow, this hotel seems very child friendly, to the point that it is less business friendly, you risk not getting proper rest before your workday because of children jumping around in the room above you. The newly installed self checkout isn't working adequately yet and booking with breakfast does seem to get lost in this hotels procedures. The rooms have gotten much sparser with amenities over the years, together with the self check-in it's getting a bit too much of the budget vibe. A welcome mail after booking seems more concerned with the penalties for violating the non-smoking house rules than welcoming new guests. I'm not a smoker, I appreciate a smoke free environment; but maybe, Novotel, you are attracting the wrong customer base if you feel that this is how you welcome your guests.

Family time..

Really nice and cozy hotel. Enough space to hang in the lobby. There was a problem in my room and I got an offer to change rooms. Breakfast was great can’t complain about anything.

The fact that I walked with my gym clothes and they kept it close from the 24 to the 26th. It was not stated online that it would be closed that was sneaky.

It took 30+ min to clear breakfast tables every day. Bed frame cover was dirty. Coffee+Tea items in room were limited and never restocked. Aircon didn't work. It took two queries to confirm pre-payment was received.
