I never will stay there because don’t like be treated like this

The room is very confortable and great… the breakfast is very good as well with a lot of good options

The attendant during the checkout charged me a fee that booking had already charged. Besides that they charged me for a coffee that I took during checkin process… the machine is there for breakfast and they could receive the customers with this minimum as complimentary… I was not aware that they will charge…

Quiet and relaxed at the beach

Located in a quiet street right next to the beach, nice for an evening/morning walk. Easy to reach by public transport. Elegant and comfortable hotel, good breakfast.

The room on the ground floor is not the most cozy, the windows are right at the street level, but it's a quiet street, so it was still okay.

Unpleasant Stay Due to Substandard Room Conditions

Extremely disappointing stay. The hotel put us in a room located in the basement, which had a terrible smell. It was very uncomfortable and definitely not what we expected. Would not recommend

Great value for money hotel!

Excellent location with very helpful and friendly staff. Large spacious room with comfortable bed and amazing shower. Decent continental breakfast. Very secure parking available on request for an additional fee. Room decor could use an update but great value for money! Would certainly stay here again!

Good hosts, beaufiful location

The bed was not a double bed but 2 single beds. That was terrible. You cant even cuddle in bed because the beds drift apart and you fall down to the floor in between. No coffeemaker on the room

A beautiful view and two good restaurants in walking distance.

Very nice breakfast and view from breakfast room. Staff were kind and even helped us when we needed to make a call.

Parking was difficult to find and we were afraid to go anywhere as our hard to get space might disappear. I did not know to book parking ahead so realized later it would have made situation much better.

The overall atmosphere and 'smaller scale concepts' of the hotel are great and I thank the owner for trying to keep it that way!

One could try to make the breakfast (which is great) a bit more eco-friendly as many items are individually packaged in plastic. Not easy, but worth a try.

Room was nice, spacious and clean. The staff was nice and provided additional baby cot when it was requested. The hotel itself is nice looking and in a very good location.

We were in the apartment at the last floor and heating system was not working properly moreover there were not blankets for the kids. We asked several time to check but nothing changed. In the morning it was so cold that windows were wet. it's a pity as this completely ruined our staying at the hotel that for the rest was good. No discount for the inconvenience was proposed.

Super friendly staff and communications. Fab breakfast. Very good supper. Location couldn’t be beaten, straight across from beach (via a little ginnel further down). Good to be able to book parking, which was tons cheaper than anywhere else in the area. The room was a generous size, very quiet with superb view. So great to be in a hotel, or at least building, which harked back to the days this place became a seaside resort. Delightful bar.

The room was cold when we got there. Warmed up when we put heating on. The decor was a little bit tired, though honestly that shouldn’t put anyone off.

Quiet stay with a seaside view.

A quiet hotel by the sea. The breakfast is served in a room overlooking the Scheveningen beach - a great start of a day. The rooms had all the necessary amenities. The staff were kind and friendly.

The fruit were not fresh.
