Served its purpose

Close to the city, to the beach and to two tram lines.

I was always stressed out with my cellphone autonomy. And if it was at the end of the month I would be also because of internet package still with data... Only one power socket available. The kettle with low power and short power cord.

Bed was tiny, bathroom also to small. Banging doors all night, smoke fumes through the night. Manager not responsive at all.

Exceptional

I really liked the "self check-in" system. Not only because of the concept itself, but also the style of execution. When you enter the hotel yourself, you see a sign where the rules of the hotel are written in a pleasant tone, a place where you can take extra towels and an iron. The room itself already had a hairdryer, a kettle and a fan. It is felt that everything is done with respect and with the desire to make everyone comfortable. And in general, the location is very good. It is close to both the beach and the tram stop

Functional, everything required for short business trip

Not far from the beach and only a minute walk from Tram station Circustheater. Bedroom was clean and mostly had everything I needed including good WiFi

Entrance hall and staircase had a bad smell. Property was shabby and unwelcoming and particularly didn’t help that I arrived late and despite good instructions card was not in key box so couldn’t get in.

Getting to the hotel is simple, and its location and surroundings are fantastic. Despite the issues, I must commend Graham, who warmly welcomed me upon arrival.

My experience with the room I booked, labeled as a "Superior Single Room" on booking.com, was rather disappointing. The pictures displayed on the website did not accurately represent the room I actually stayed in. The room turned out to be extremely small, including the bathroom, which was also tiny. The single bed provided was not what I had anticipated. I had specifically mentioned my requirement for a quiet room so that I could concentrate on completing a scientific report, but unfortunately, the room lacked the necessary amenities for a peaceful work environment. There was only a small chair and a tiny side table. Furthermore, the shower in the room was faulty, with inconsistent water temperature. Based on my experience, I would not choose to stay in that particular room again.

Very good - with some limitations

Friendly staff, good value for money, good location.

Windows not sound proof and therefore woken up at 6 am by seagulls. Doors also quite light. Noisy people in the hallway can be annoying. How about some "silence please" signs like "Premier Inn" does it in their hotels? Very steep stairs, even for Dutch standards. Should be made known at the time of reservation. Elderly, disabled and people with heavy baggage may face a challenge. Building still carries the former Hotel Name "Bella Vista" which can be confusing at first.

Passable stay.

The tea, coffee etc plus kettle is a nice touch. Very valuable.

The steep narrow stairway to my room. I think this must be made known to clients. I was a bit surprised to find that. Not the best when you have big bags to carry. Not to mention returning to your room very tired. Also the heaters weren't accessible. I could see them but couldn't work them, hence I passed cold nights. Single room bed a bit too narrow.

Prima plek voor bezoek aan Den Haag

Nabij een tramhalte, prima uitvalsbasis voor bezoek aan Den Haag. Erg rustige en ruime kamer met waterkoker, koffie en thee. Sleutels werken via een website, handig systeem.

Ik was alleen, maar er is voor twee personen toeristenbelasting doorberekend. Ik heb hierover contact gezocht, maar kreeg geen reactie.

Innen hui außen Luft nach oben

Die Zimmer sind super und schön eingerichtet. Von außen sieht es etwas heruntergekommen aus. Der automatische Checkin ist gewöhnungsbedürftig aber praktisch. Wir haben ein falsches Zimmer bekommen. Nach Kontaktaufnahme konnten wir das klären und konnten am nächsten Tag umziehen und haben eine Erstattung bekommen. Sehr zuvorkommend.

Das äußere Erscheinungsbild ist nicht so schön. Die Bäder sind wie in Holland üblich sehr klein und haben nicht so einen hohen Standard wie in Deutschland.

Centraalgelegen hotel met ruime, schone kamer maar wel heel gehorig en onpersoonlijk

De locatie is heel centraal, tegenover het theater en twee minuten van het strand. Het hotel is makkelijk te vinden. De kamer was heel ruim en schoon. Basic, maar prima. Handige deursleutels via de mail.

De locatie is prima maar helaas heel veel last van geluid in de nacht van zowel andere gasten als van de uitgaande mensen die langs het hotel lopen.Hoteleigenaar van s nachts niet bereikbaar om te helpen. Omdat het zo gehorig was, hebben we niet geslapen. Badkamer ziet er schoon uit maar ruikt naar schimmel.

Fijne bedden en ruime kamer voor 4 personen.

Een heerlijk ligbad maar er zat geen stop in. Dus water spoelde gelijk weg. Was niet heel schoon en kapotte tegels en kitnaden los of verschimmeld. Niemand aanwezig voor vragen, geen aanspreekpunt.

Für den Preis, lage und für 2 Nächte völlig in Ordnung.

Das Hotel liegt sehr nahe an der Strand Promenade. Alles was man braucht ist zentral. Schlüssel code digital auf das Handy fand ich persönlich super. Alles sehr unkompliziert. Zimmer Größe war ok. Betten waren sehr bequem.

Parkplatz war 5/8 Minuten vom Hotel entfernt. Im Regen sehr unangenehm dort hin zu laufen. Die Zimmer sind wirklich sehr hellhörig hab den Nachbar auf der Toilette gehört. Der Boden quietscht wenn man darauf läuft so das die Nachbarn unter dir alles hören. Es befand sich ein Waschbecken im Zimmer fand ich persönlich jetzt nicht so toll. Badezimmer sehr klein und das kleine vorhandene Waschbecken war undicht so das wir es nicht zum hände waschen nutzten konnten. Um 4/5 uhr Morgens fangen die ersten Möven an zu Krähen so laut das wir nicht mehr schlafen konnten. Ist aber ein persönliches empfinden.
