Good price quality value

Great studio for a short stay with everything that you need. Big comfy bed, great shower, nice ocean view. There is enough tea/coffee and they provide free water. Check-in and opening the doors was very easy with the app. Also bonus for the free luggage lockers.

If you have a room facing the ocean, you will also face the big street which can be a bit noisy with traffic and trams (with windows closed the noise is ok). Also, the walls are thin inside the building.. The heating was on quite high but not adjustable, however we did receive notification about a malfunction.

Not clean... Almost useless customer service.

The apartment was dirty. The bedsheets had stains and dust. We asked the customer service for a deep clean the day after our arrival, but no one came. The kitchen supplies and dishes were not clean. We found an old roasted onion on a cupboard.

It is small but well designed and easy to use.

There was an air vent in the room that we could not close and could hear traffic sounds all night.

No rest due to smoke alarms at night

The check in procedure online was complicated and took a lot of time, while online check in is the only check in option. Both nights the smoke alarm went off, it was false alarm but sleeping was quite impossible.

Comfortable Stay with Great Service

I had a great stay at numa. The customer service was excellent—friendly, responsive, and always ready to help. The apartment was very clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I’d definitely recommend numa and would happily stay again.

The smoke alarm went off twice for few.minutes on our floor without any clear explanation, which was a bit disruptive.

Nice room, but totally unacceptable breakfast arrangement with no heads up at reservation time

Nowhere in the booking process does the customer get the information about the breakfast how-to, unless they are modern enough to start, unsolicited, by downloading the hotel app. Then the first surprise is that you need to visit another building for the breakfast, the second - the breakfast is served starting at 8:30! And even the app does not mention that once you are in the breakfast facility, it takes another 30 minutes before the breakfast is served. Effectively, you have your breakfast around 9:00! Might be fine for holiday visitors, but what about those who go there in business? Never again this hotel if I go on business trip.

Kleine hotelkamer op de begane grond, zonder kapotte verwarming is het er goed uit te houden

Het ontbijt was goed, elke morgen wel een stukje lopen er naar toe. Voorziening van koffie en thee was goed. De magnetron en vaatwasser was ook bijzonder prettig

Je mist een lokaal contact punt. We hebben 2 dagen geen verwarming op de kamer gehad omdat er storing was. De melding heb ik op dinsdagavond 18.38 gedaan, elke keer kreeg ik meldingen maar geen oplossingen. Er was niet eens een losse kachel geregeld. Elke keer dat je appt krijg je zo'n AI bot die je weer door verwijst naar een menselijke assistent. Helaas lezen die niet eerdere contacten dus elke keer kon ik verwijzen na eerdere contacten. Na elk contact weer een onderzoek over hoe de klanten service het gedaan had, en dat terwijl er geen oplossingen kwamen. Toen we donderdag tegen 18.00 terug kwamen was de temperatuur op de kamer eindelijk boven de 17 graden. Wat de douche betreft hier had ook wel verwarming in gemogen deze was erg koud. Door de slechte ventilatie in de douche kon de douchdeur naar de wat warmere kamer niet open blijven anders zou door de damp het brandalarm af kunnen gaan. De parkeerkosten voor de auto kwamen na boeking pas helder binnen, dit was een zware tegenvaller voor de totale kosten.

Koud appartement

Comfortabel appartement, ligging dicht bij centrum

Verwarming liep mank, blies steeds koude wind bij vriestemperaturen. Men kon dit niet fixen. Na een nacht en dag kregen we een vuurtje maar aircosysteem bleef koude wind blazen want zet zich na verloop van tijd steeds terug aan. Er was een 2e vuurtje beloofd voor badkamer en slaapkamer maar dat kwam niet.

Flexible, moderne Unterkunft mit tollem Service

Die Aussicht war ein absolutes Highlight! Wir haben dank der erwähnenswert guten Kaffeeausstattung, Kaffee mit Blick auf die Stadt genießen können. Die Küche hatte alles, was wir brauchten, und auch die Auswahl an Shampoo, Seife und Co. ist positiv zu erwähnen! Ich bin eigentlich kein Freund von Bots, aber der Numa-Support war eine sehr positive Erfahrung. Wir konnten unser Handy nicht mit dem Fernseher verbinden, was wir über den WhatsApp-Chat mit dem Service in weniger als 20 Minuten lösen konnten. Auch der Online-Checkout hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir hatten etwas im Kühlschrank vergessen und waren positiv überrascht, dass man nach dem Checkout wohl noch für eine gewisse Zeit wieder reinkommt. Für Reisende, die Flexibilität schätzen, können wir die Unterkunft nur empfehlen!

Wir haben etwas gebraucht, bis wir die Interfaces von Heizung und Mikrowelle verstanden haben. Vielleicht kann man hier Anleitungen bereitstellen, damit Gäste Zeit bei der Bedienung sparen. Bei den Tees hätten wir uns noch über koffeinfreie Optionen gefreut.

Eens maar nooit meer.

De locatie is top en hoe makkelijk het inchecken werkt en het openen van verschillende deuren werkt heel fijn.

Géén warm water aanwezig tijdens ons verblijf, dit was vooral met kinderen niet fijn met deze temperaturen. Tevens liep de 'koude' douche meteen onder water en had je alle handdoeken nodig om te kunnen drogen. Voor de eene minuut dat jij aangestaan had. Tijdens het boeken staat aangegeven dat dit appartement voor 4 personen is maar je kunt het nergens aangeven in de boeking. Hierna contact opgenomen met Numa en ze hebben me vriendelijk verzocht zelf contact op te nemen met Booking.com aangezien hun dat kunnen wijzigen dan. Nadat ik dit ook gedaan had heb ik uiteindelijk geen reactie hierop gekregen. Buiten het feit dat dit natuurlijk niet bij de klant / gebruiker zou moeten liggen maar bij de host of eigenaar is er helemaal niks mee gedaan met als gevolg het maar ingericht was en beddengoed aanwezig was voor 3 personen. Voor ons helaas een slechte ervaring en ze schuiven te makkelijk iets af naar de klant terwijl je er wel flink voor betaald. Eens maar bij Numa helaas nooit meer.

De warmte in het appartement. Bij binnenkomst 25 graden en met geen mogelijkheid kunnen verlagen via de thermostaat. Raam wagenwijd open was de enige optie.

Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt. Die Abwicklung war total unkompliziert. Über WhatsApp konnte man ohne Probleme kommunizieren, wenn man etwas wissen möchte.

Pas d accueil seulement un robot qui répond à nos questions. Il y a eu une fuite d eau au dessus du lit qui n a heureusement pas duré et je n ai eu personne à qui m adressé. L appartement est mal agencé et la chambre n avait aucune ouverture sur l extérieur avec une ventilation qui ne marchait pas. On était obligé d ouvrir la porte d entrée de l appartement pour aérer. Très peu d ustensils de cuisine . Aucune casserole .on a dû en acheter une...

Brandalarm ging af, doordat iemand ging koken. Iemand vanuit het hotel gaf aan dat dit veel vaker gebeurt. Dit is natuurlijk voor beide partijen (Numa en hotelgasten) niet fijn.

Alles Top nur nicht fur Rohlstuhlfahrer

Wundervoller Ausblick aus dem 8 Stock, sehr Sauber mit Balkon und schöne Küche.

Leider ist es sehr sehr schwierig für Rohlstuhlfahrer auf die Toilette zusteigen, der der Beckenschrak durgang mit dem Rohlstuhl verspert. Duschen fur Rohlstuhlfahrer unmöglich, soweit kommt man überhaupt nicht. Und in das andere Zimmer kommt man mit Rohlstuhl nicht durch, da Türdurchgang zu eng.

Zentrale Unterkunft mit allem, was man braucht.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Man ist fußläufig sehr schnell am Strand und an den Restaurants. Direkt vor dem Hotel fährt die Bahn nach Den Haag. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und funktional gut eingerichtet.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss. Die Zwischentür vom Aufenthaltsraum zu den Zimmern fällt leider selbstständig sehr laut ins Schloss, was man im Zimmer leider gut hören könnte. Vielleicht kann hier eine schalldämpfende Tür oder Ähnliches eingebaut werden. Das hat aber unsere Kurztrip nicht gestört.

Lage top, der Rest eher nicht so…

Positiv waren definitiv die nahe Lage am Meer und die gute Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Die Unterkunft selber war sehr sauber.

Wir haben NICHT unser gebuchtes Zimmer mit abgeschlossenen Schlafzimmer bekommen. Es sollte ein angebliches Upgrade sein, wir haben hier allerdings ein kleineres Zimmer mit Balkon bekommen. Man sollte allerdings wissen, dass die Balkone von den Nachbarn Zimmer nur mit einem Blumenkübel abgetrennt sind und daher von den nachbarzimmern aus reingeschaut werden kann. Wir waren allerdings dringend auf ein abgetrenntes Schlafzimmer angewiesen. Für uns ist allerdings fraglich, ob ein kleineres Zimmer wirklich ein Upgrade sein kann… Erst nach sehr häufigem Kontakt mit dem Servicebot, der oft die Fragen falsch versteht, konnten wir endlich nach 1,5 Tagen in unser ursprüngliches zimmer umziehen (was trotz alledem sehr viel Stress im Urlaub bedeutet). Der Aufzug war eineinhalb Tage kaputt. Infos hier rüber bekommt man hier über WhatsApp bei Nachfrage auch nicht. Das war für uns wegen gesundheitlichen Problemen im 5 Stock ein echtes Problem. Die Klima und Lüftungsgeräte sind ohne Anleitung nicht zu verstehen. Und fangen teilweise ohne ersichtlichen Grund an sehr laut zu brummen. (Auch mitten in der Nacht!) Es ist sehr wenig Geschirr in den Zimmern vorhanden. Die Waschmaschinen im Waschraum waren während unseres gesamten Aufenthaltes kaputt. In unserem Zimmer wären einige Sachen reparationbedürftig gewesen (Fenster klemmt, Türklinke vom Bad locker, Batterien von Fernbedienung leer), durch den sehr, sehr schwierigen Kontakt mit dem WhatsApp servicebot, der keinen menschlichen Ansprechpartner vor Ort ersetzt, können solche Probleme nicht während des Aufenthalts angemerkt werden.

Zimmer 205 nicht zu empfehlen!

Es gab Kaffee und alles was man für die Küche benötigt. Das Bett war auch bequem und mit dem Zahlenschloss an der Tür richtig gut.

Das , dass Zimmer nicht so gewesen war wie auf dem Fotos und bei einer Beschwerde wurde nur gesagt , Tut uns leid, das Layout ist manchmal anders. Das Zimmer war dunkel und man hat sich nicht wohlgefühlt. Die Dusche war undicht , das Bad war Unterwasser und es gab 1 Tag lang kein Warmwasser
