Idyllic and central

Perfect location for the beach and family visit. My room was ideal for one everything I needed there. Safe and secure. The view at the top floor was lovely. Clean and airy, kettle and tv. One street and the casino cinema and cafes and shops very close by. Good cycle routes along to the promenade. Staff attentive and friendly.

Excellent location, just two streets off the main beach. Easy access to a tram stop. Easy atmosphere, welcoming check-in. For a 'no-frills' hotel it gives you what you need - clean room, access to amenities and transport and no hassle.

Not so much that I didn't like it, but might be useful for others. The hotel is in an old Dutch building, so there is no lift and typical Dutch stairs - steep, narrow and curving. It's an education if you haven't encountered them, but really tricky if you have stamina, stability or mobility issues! There are rooms on the lower floors so it might be an idea to request them. I was in a single room and while the room itself was spacious for a single, the bathroom was a little 'compact' - although the shower was a really good size!

Location was amazing

There was a lot of noise from other residents. The walls were thin and not well insulated. There was no bottled water and only instant coffee.

The host was super friendly and was very flexible regarding check in and check out. We could also store our luggage for the departure day.

Excellent location, charming place with atmosphere of the good old days. Clean, quiet room. Very nice owner, informed us well about what to do and where to eat in the area. We absolutely loved the breakfast at the beach bar.

A nice and quiet neighborhood, a wonderful family hotel with a great and friendly staff. WiFi and TV in the room, very clean. Walking distance to the beach and tram stations.

very friendly staff that gave great advice about local restaurants and walking routes. The room was great and the beds were comfortable, the bathroom was nice but a little on the small side.

Fabulous location - close to the beach, public transport, not far from The Hague (Mauritshuis, trains to Amsterdam etc) Unique property, not a cookie cutter block Clean room & bathroom The owners are a super chilled couple. Great to talk to. Got lots of restaurant tips & local info from both.

Pleasant stay near the beach for me and my dog.

Super convenient location, and they allow pets, which is not easy to find. I also liked they offer a single room and an affordable price. The room was small, but had all I needed. The staff were also pleasant and helpful.

The entrance and stairwell don't make the best first impression with old carpet and a bit of a musty smell.

4 beautiful nights just next to the beach

I just wanted a nice and cosy place for a couple days. Just to relax. What i got was way more than i have expected. The Owner Kevin is a really nice and kind person who is always open for a chat. He made my trip way better. My Room was very cosy and the bed comfortable. Its also very clean everywhere. The Hotel is so close to the beach and to all the nice beach bars. Fijn avondje uit

De ruime kamer. Bedden waren goed. Stond wat oploskoffie en suiker en melk klaar. Douche is netjes en er lagen schone handdoeken. Goede locatie. Dichtbij de boulevard.

Geen ontbijt en pas na boeken begreep ik dat de hond wel mee mag, maar niet alleen op de kamer mag blijven. Uiteindelijk haar niet mee genomen. Parkeren kon helaas niet via hotel. Parkeren kon wel in de buurt, maar is dan duurder.

Wij waren heel erg tevreden over ons verblijf in dit nostalgische hotel!

Het hotel zag er heel mooi en chic uit, met een uniek en nostalgische charme. Bij binnenkomst zijn wij verwelkomd door heel aardige eigenaaren en door een uitnodigende sfeer. Gelegen op een perfecte locatie, bood het hotel zowel rust als gemakkelijke toegang tot lokale attracties. De kamer was schoon en comfortabel. De badkamer was modern en netjes, en de douche werkte uitstekend. Het was een bijzonder verblijf dat zorgde voor een fijne ervaring. Precies zo iets had ik gezocht, nostalgisch, chick en niet te groot.

Gite Lage

Ruhig gelegen in einer Wohnsiedlung. Kurzer Weg zur Promenade. Wir hatten Glück und konnten ganz in der Nähe parken. Mit Hund kein Problem.

Schöne, ruhige Unterkunft im Zentrum von Scheveningen

Zentrale, trotzdem ruhige Lage. Nicht weit entfernt vom Strand. Älteres, gut gepflegtes Haus, das eine schöne Atmosphäre verströmt.

Leider ist kein Frühstück erhältlich (was ich natürlich vorher wusste). Trotzdem schade.

Für eine kurzen Aufenthalt ausreichend!

Die Lage ist besonders zentral. Der Kontakt zu den Betreibern war nett. An sich ein hübsches Häuschen!

Es fehlten kleine Handtücher für die Haare, die Türe zum Bad ließ sich nicht gänzlich schließen, es war leider nicht ganz sauber und das Inventar war leider teilweise nicht richtig befestigt ( Gardinenstange kam uns entgegen beim zuziehen)

Lekker rustig en prima geslapen

loopafstand van het strand, schone kamer en rustig.

Uitzicht was op andere gebouwen, maar in een stad kun je ook niet altijd overal het beste uitzicht hebben. Ik moet erbij vermelden dat deze kamer op de rol stond om te worden gerenoveerd, dus vandaar dat hij waarschijnlijk tov de andere kamers nog wat minder was. Maar prima in orde hoor!
