The bathrobes were not included in the price, manual check in is a bit confusing, no iron board spotted.

Nice hotel, next to the beach.

Overall very nice hotel, right next to the beach. Easy to reach with tram line 9. Big hotel room. Nice comfy beds. I would expect a higher standard for Bilderberg, but it just a nice 4-star (which I like better than the real fancy ones -- therefore a plus).

Check-in is mainly self-checkin. Also check-out is done online or with a machine. Receptionist was hard to find. As in: almost everyone can walk in, without ever being noticed. For diner: no-one was eating at the hotel, but plenty of opportuneties at the beach or in the neighbourhood.

Beatiful, comfortable, dog friendly, centric hotel experience

The property has recently gone through remodeling and this has genuinely improved the property. Check in area is more dynamic with check in screens to do it your self while assisted by very friendly staff. We stayed in the 5th floor, room was beautiful, clean, spacious, loved the seating area in the room and the bathroom. The new Pool area is beautiful and modern. They are also dog friendly! Which is very important. Great experience.

I don’t have any complaint, only that the TV turned on its own 3 times during the night and it was very bright as it was the menu for the hotel. But I might have done something wrong .

Close to the beach, available to stay with a dog, perfect for summer

We were 4 adults and dog. Breakfast was great. The bread was amazing. Scrambled eggs too. We had the sea view on the 5th floor. We had a parking and also our dog peed on the carpet in the reception and the staff was very kind to this situation. We felt very welcome.

There is no park around The uber costs to the city with a dog - 20 EUR We missed some traditional dutch food during breakfast

When you are refurbishing, close your hotel! We paid a lot of money to be surrounded by work in progress all day long.

It’s close to the beach but not close enough to be able to see the beach.

Why would you let guests stay while you are in the middle of a major refurbishment? Contractors in and out the (only) lifts carrying tools and equipment, scaffolding all around and in front of your windows.

I've stayed here each trip to Den Haag and have never been disappointed. The reception staff is always friendly and helpful. The breakfast is quite good and the rooms are comfortable and have good AC for the warm summer heat. If you're lucky enough to have a beach view, you won't regret it. Location is steps away from the beach. Great hotel.

I have few to no complaints about the hotel. The breakfast is a bit pricey for what its worth and there aren't great food options in the immediate area, but this is being really picky. Overall a great place to stay.

Terrible, still a building site, noisy and dirty, no facilities

Would have been nice if it was finished, but it’s still a building site

It’s a building site, scaffolding at your window, noise all the time, builders knocking at your door, dirt from construction everywhere, the bathroom smelled of blocked drains. The room was so small, the sink in the bathroom was tiny, no shelf to put your things on. It didn’t have any of the things that they listed, hairdryer, sage, desk Breakfast was a disaster, no clean tables to sit at and no staff This list goes on

Good location

The place was a construction area due to renovation work, lot of dust everywhere, ventilation in the room was very noisy and could not be stopped, room was not done on the 2nd day, we did not get the value we expected from the price we paid. We submitted a formal claim by email which was not answered.

a dreadful experience...one to be avoided until all the work is finished!

nothing! it was a huge disappointment overall

The hotel is a building site...a very big building site .and a noisy, dirty one at that with foreign workers mixing with you in lifts with building equipment etc etc....we were not told it was a building site otherwise we would have not chosen it...yes the staff were pleasant enough but to carry out such a big rebuilding project they should have shut the hotel completely until the job was finished.....our so called refurbished room still had tiling grouting stuck to the bathroom floor, woodwork trim unfinished in the room and generally a poor facility. Do not go there until all the building work is finished.

Location. Once renovated I think it will be a lovely hotel. Rooms are modern but small.

Property is still under renovation and should not have been open to public!!! Staff were overwhelmed with all the queries and in the end downright rude!!! We stayed two nights, had two rooms and only one room had hot water.

it’s not a hotel, it’s a building site

the bed was comfortable and the staff were helpful

it’s is a building site and not ready to open for guests - there are no fire evacuation procedures evident, fire extinguishers holding open fire doors, construction work noise from the early hours. In the room there is no phone, hairdryer, chairs on the balcony, or coat hangers. The swimming pool is not available, and yet we were charged the full price.

The hotel ambiance is very good. The entrance and lobby are inviting and cozy, with nice music playing in elevators as well. The rooms are not very big, but the balconies compensate for that. The location is perfect. The staff is very good. Breakfast - amazing.

Very nice place & stay for someone who wants to get away ;-).

Nice room - big enough (considering the price), bathroom was the same (and well-equipped). I like the stone counters in the bathroom. The desk is big enough to work on (or just make a coffee etc.).

The outdoor balcony had chairs that looked a little beat-up: there was definitely mold around the bottom of the balcony and around the drain. The outside part could be cleaned up without too much effort. Also the pool is quite small (smaller than it looks online): I believe it's mostly for kids.

The people who worked there are brain dead it was hot nobody working the bar so by the third day I just went behind the bar to get ice cubes it took an act of god for someone to scope ice out and put it is a glass

The restaurant on site is very expensive and doesn't offer much choice in the evenings. And there is no elevator from the underground parking, only steps
