Toilet on landing a mild inconvenience

The property is well located in a beautiful area with grocery store, many cafes and restaurants nearby. The trams to the city and beach are only 5 minutes from the front door. Mirjam is a super host who was happy to help with anything (also our laundry) we ask her. She has good knowledge of the area and helped us to find our way around the neighbourhood.

Only note that if you have trouble climbing stairs, mention this when you book as there is a room on the ground floor.whilst the other rooms are on level 2 and 3.

Nice old building in a lovely location with nice bars & restaurants within close proximity. You are able to park on the street for free until 6pm, then it’s per hour until midnight.

Very basic accommodation with no furniture to put your clothes in. Extremely small toilet which was outside of your bedroom. The staircase was a very steep spiral staircase, which was very unsuitable for children or elderly people. No bath mat or hand towel, and no kettle, tea & coffee in the room.

The location is good in general. Its a beautiful old house with the bare minimum facilities. The host is friendly, respectful and nice. The room was not ready on arrival though. When I entered the room, I noticed a terrible smell of pee, which was truly bad. To be honest and fair, I did not tell the host and endured the smell overnight. I forgot my phone charger and received a message from the host saying that it would be sent to my address, which I thought it was nice. The charger has not arrived though, and its been at least 2 weeks. It was my fault to have forgotten it, I know. If i ever return there, Ill make sure to make a note about the cleanliness of the room.
