Great hotel, big, clean and cozy room. Location is perfect if by car (you can park for free weekends as of 5pm at the street) or with public transport as multiple trams are available within a 5 min walk. 15-20 walk into the city centre, tram to Scheveningen beach and supermarket around the corner. Will definitely come back

Good location, well positioned for many things especially the Museums. Super, clean and elegant room, warm and cosy with superior shower and toilets facilities that were well designed. Excellent free coffee 24 hours and good breakfast. Very pleasant staff. The hotel is in a nice 'village like' neighbourhood with an Albert Heijn and a few restaurants and snack shops within 2 minutes walk. I would recommend Zot a fantastic Fish restaurant with great fish n chips (I'm a Brit ex pat so I'm qualified to judge!) for a very reasonable price. Usual friendly Dutch welcome!
There was nothing, it was perfect for me.

The staff was super friendly and helpful.
The stairs are steep, no phone in the room or a way to contact front desk, no room service, no safe or locker in room, no sink in toilet, no heating, window shade does not hold, hair dryer heats up and stops after less than a minute, the breakfast is very modest, and no fridge in the room!!

Loved that it has a boutique hotel feel without costing a fortune. It felt warm and homely

The many personal touches, combined with the warm and helpful staff, made Stadsvilla Mosaic a delightful find in one of The Hague’s most charming quarters. The location is just perfect, surrounded by upmarket boutiques and art shops - the area is a browsing-feast, with many excellent restaurants and cafes all within walking distance. Excellent value, it makes for a great location for a weekend getaway. Top tip... overnight street parking outside the hotel is safe and cheap.

The staff. They were very kind.
Nothing to complain about.

Easy check-in. We booked a parking with a charging point. A lovely welcomed atmosphere with friendly staff. The bed was nice. We stayed in a family room with 3 adults and 1 child. There was a microwave in the room along with a kettle and espresso machine which was great. We could leave the car to walk to the town. Overall, it was a nice stay.
The room was very dark - to the point we couldn't see things well. We wouldn't recommend using the family suite with 3 adults. 2 adults max with children.

I like the long ceilings and the staff
it wasn’t very clean and the furniture selections were not very appropriate and for me just mediocre

The hotel was beautifully located, and both the rooms and the small lobby and lounge were well-designed. There was a small minibar and free (excellent) coffee and local snacks in the lounge area. A delicious breakfast buffet is offered for an additional charge . Overall, the villa is located in a very nice neighborhood and has good transport links. We would gladly return!
There's nothing really to say here. Just be aware that due to the location, it can be a bit noisy at times, and the windows don't completely block it out. The parking lot is relatively small, so it's best to reserve a spot and avoid driving a large car, and/or be extremely safe with driving.

Rooms clean, fairly quiet (a bit of street noise), there was a bath
Receptionists are friendly
Free parking in 1 of the streets close to the hotel
I stayed in this hotel before and last time I was very happy. However this time I wasn't very happy. The room consisted of 2 small spaced separated by a steep narrow stair case. I need to use the bathroom multiple times every night so this wasn't ideal. No fridge, no coffee machine, no long mirror also bothered me.
There wasn't even a small table next to the bed because the room (upper level) was so small. The lower level was not cosy at all, but there was a bath tub which is a plus. In the lower level it was impossible to open the blinds.

Location, very friendly staff, good breakfast.
No air conditioning although booking.com lists it. One day the cleaners forgot to clean the room. Some electric sockets did not work.

Small hotel with a very friendly and personable. Great chatting to various members. Very convenient location with good restaurants. Try The Brassiere just across the street from the back courtyard. The information map was very thoughtfully presented for assistance.
Thank you

Breakfast was very good particularly the scrambled egg and the coffee and fresh orange juice.
The breakfast tables could be slightly larger.

Great location
Old building and old stairs, room too warm, lights too dim, pillows quite uncomfortable…

We loved the location. The room and hotel common spaces were lovely. The staff went out of their way to help us and to make our stay super comfortable. Josephine in particular was extremely helpful.

I extended a work trip by a couple of days to explore the area. This meant I stayed in another hotel first, paid for by my client, which gives me a point of comparrison. I much preferred Stadsvilla Hotel Mozaic Den Haag - a more laid back vibe with a dash of modern 'hugge' in the room styling. It was in the same area (literally five minutes walk up the road) and probably half the price, felt fresher and more genuine.
There are some great independent shops and restaurants in the street next to the hotel and a supermarket behind it, so if you're on a budget there are plenty of options.
Reception feels a bit cramped, but that really feels like nit picking. The room itself was spacious and well designed -which I think is more important.

Stadsvilla Hotel Mosaic is in a good location with a number of shops, a restaurant, and Albert Heijn all within a block. Tram stops are to both sides. The front desk staff went out of their way to accommodate.
My room had no working electricity on the loft floor. A tall, narrow staircase led to the bathroom level. The room was on the third and fourth floors and the elevator was broken the entire stay. There was a lovely two-story glass wall facing West, but without climate control the room became a solar oven. It was possible to make it habitable through regular manipulation of the blinds, windows, wet towel and fan, but it was quite a bit of work.

Interior design and furnishings very tasteful, very friendly helpful staff, superb buffet breakfast.
At weekends there is free street parking about 100 metres away.
Steep stairs, no lift.

Nice hotel, great location, large and spacious room.
The breakfast is rather limited. Toilet and shower are separated, and shower area is rather "open" (no real door, only a transparent one).

Friendly and helpful staff. Delightful modern tasteful decor throughout building. Location is perfect to walk into town or even for a longer walk or tram to Scheveningen beach. We always stayed at other hotels in The Hague, which are also good, but found this hotel the best for the areas that we frequent when we visit. Fantastic breakfast.

First of all being greeted by the most friendly and accommodating staff made the biggest difference and really put a smile on our faces. The rooms were wonderful and spacious even though the hotel overall has a boutique feel. The location is great, so close and convenient with lots of trams nearby and within walking distance to many attractions. The close by park is an excellent place for an evening stroll.
There is very little to complain about apart from the stairwell needing a proper vacuum. The service, facilities and staff were all excellent.

The breakfast could be improved. The eggs were a bit dry and the bread in the basket was also dry…
