Highly recommended

Very clean, modern and elegant hotel. Liked the rooms, lobby and hotel area. Location is great with tram and buses just outside and a very nice street with stylish shops and good restaurants just behind it.

There was very strong, chemical sweet smell in the hotel, and its not possible to open windows in the rooms- no possibility to freshen up rooms.

A must stay when visiting The Hague

Impressive building in both location and facade. Perfectly located with tram and buses outside but no city noise heard from these perfectly sound proof rooms. We stayed in the twin room on the 5th floor - very spacious, extremely comfortable beds with feather & down pillows and quilt. Bathroom and shower spacious and clean. The view from our room was incredibly impressive and we could even see the flag flying to indicate the King was worked at the Noordeinde Palace. Shopping and restaurants were only minutes walk away, as was the Escher and Mauritius museums. Staff very helpful and room perfectly soundproof. Too many cafe options close by to order breakfast here - another plus Highly recommend staying at Den Haag if you are unsure of where to visit in The Netherlands - we stayed 2 nights and loved it.

A great hotel in a great part of town helped make our stay really enjoyable and memorable.

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout; the breakfast was superb; it's in a great location as it's not in the city centre but is close to the the museums and some great bars and restaurants; the tram stop outside takes you to Delft, which is definitely worth a visit; the hotel bar is lovely.

The room, having upgraded to an expensive option, had a great view but was smaller than expected (for the price). It was very comfortable though. However, the sliding bathroom door, which you can't lock, is adjacent to the bed, meaning your partner has to be comfortable hearing bathroom and toilet noises when lying in bed. Furthermore the sliding door often slid open by itself.

The room was not cleaned properly and you can see photos of how i found the room The bathroom had a very bad smell The ac was not working I slept the first day in a room that the AC is not working in it and had a very bad smell The staff did offer changing my room but to go through this hassle this was not ideal for me

Great location. Rooms well equipped and comfortable. Squeaky clean. Friendly staff. The bicycle rental was great. Great restaurants at the hotel.

Rooms are not very soundproof, so you hear every person walking down the corridor. Bathroom was well equipped, but very small.

The bed was very comfortable, the room was very clean, the lightning was all good and the bathroom was nice. The location was good. Overall great hotel and would recommend.

Even though we hung the housekeeping card outsitde, our hallway was not covered by housekeeping. This was quite annoying. We called the reception about this, but no housekeeping was offered "they were too busy". Then i asked for new towels and we just got 2. When checking out, I explained it again. But the receptionist now was very understanding and did not make up an excuse.

Gorgeous hotel and excellent location.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel. Excellent location, minutes to everywhere and a tram stop right outside (Kneuterdijk). The room was super comfortable and spotlessly clean and surprisingly super quiet. Staff were very friendly and the breakfast buffet was included and delicious. Super safe and central for my son and I to explore The Hague.

Fancy hotel in central Den Haag

It's a fancy place, a beautiful hotel. There's three reception desks so I never had to wait to be helped. The beds are very comfortable, and the coffee machine in the room is good. Staff was always friendly. Location is also excellent, the trams and buses stop right next to the hotel and it's very central.

Our room had tea bags, but no water heater. We wanted to reheat some leftover food but had to sign a form that we won't sue the hotel. It took them a while to find the form so I had to wait for ~20 minutes to reheat the food.

Fair, could be worse.

The location is great.

The room - overlooking the patio/atrium, no opening windows (no possibility for airation), direct visibility of the room’s interior from the hotel’s public area, privacy in the room ensured only with window shutters closed. Breakfast not included in the room (not negligible) price.

Great location close to a lively area. The hotel and our room were clean.

Our room had no air conditioning (set to coldest temperature and highest fan speed did little to nothing). There was also no window that could be opened (facing the atrium). Because of that, the night was quite warm and we didn’t sleep too well.

A fantastic stay in a fantastic location.

The location of the hotel is perfect to access the restaurants and shops of the inner city, it's also very convenient for access to the train station. The hotel was immaculate, clean, fresh, wonderfully decorated and the rooms were stylish and spacious. We had two rooms, one was an extra large twin room with a sofa bed and the other a double with a view over the atrium, both were nice quality with tea/coffee making facilities. The breakfast was presented well, both hot and cold options and an additional menu for extras, such as eggs and pancakes which are freshly made upon request. All the staff were friendly and approachable. We have nothing but praise for the hotel.

Fantastic location. Cleanliness.

Although we had reserved and had a confirmed city view room way back, it was told that there were no available rooms during check in! After the managers intervention, a room at the 1st floor with an apartment view was provided, somehow. Make sure to confirm your room type before you arrive.
