Good hotel with some inadequate aspects
Location, smart hotel, good beds and pillows, great breakfast, good bar and at Breakfast we were pleased to have met Olga from Ukraine who was brilliant
The dinner meal offer being Peruvian was too challenging and is a mistake. A normal menu would have the restaurant full each evening. Also a tea time offer of tea and cake is missing snd locally very few opportunities for that exists. We looked and the didn’t find much, so if they offered this service, the restaurant could be kept busy in the afternoons . Now the room. Good but badly lit. Very dark even with all the lights on. They need to put some cornice up lighting in to throw light across the ceiling.

Not worth the money and doesn't live up to the hilton standards

It needs renovation and the room has a foul smell coming from deep in the toilet that would not go away no matter what they did. Seems like the sweage system has problems. Also when we ordered a fruit platter they sent us a small bowl with fruits. For 19 euros that was a rip-off

Good location.
The location is perfect. The staff are attentive and helpful.
We traveled with our dog, which also has additional cost. The hotel doesn’t provide any kind of amenity for this additional cost, while other hotels do.

Good stay, very comfy beds
Large rooms, lovely bar and decent breakfast.
It’s a bit far from the train station, did take awhile to check in - long lines and not many check in staff.

Disappointing
It was close to City Center.
First we got checked in into a wrong room we hadn’t booked. In our new room, one of the shower heads was broken. The worst thing however, happened after our check-out, when they took unauthorized money from my credit card. When I called the hotel directly, they weren’t of much help and weren’t really friendly. After I complained by message I didn’t get any response, but after I left my review they responded rather quickly. I was told the money will be send back to me and it might take a few days, I’m still waiting nearly a week later. I can’t recommend this place at all. Not worth any star.
