Great place to stay

Despite a small issue during our stay, the hotel handled it exceptionally well, even following up with a call, an apology, and a one-night refund. The location and hotel vibes are great, and their kindness and professionalism truly stand out. Their behavior reflects the warmth and fairness the Dutch people are known for — an easy 10/10.

From the very beginning, we had a wonderful experience. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and spoke excellent English. The room itself was amazing—clean, comfortable, and with a great shower. The location is perfect: just a short walk to the city centre, while still offering parking right in front of the hotel with a reservation.

Beautiful room with kitchenette, perfect for family holidays

Beautiful room, very easy check-in, good location, good beds, big bathroom, nice hosts - and they are very responsive, which is great

When we arrived the parking we had booked was not availble, however the hosts were very responsive and offered to refund that day's parking fee. The following days, the issue was fixed, so in the end all was well!

Bad smell of kitchen in the room in the late hours. No towel bar for the basin. Pretty dangerous mirror light (no switcher, you have to plug it on and off). Too small bedside tables.

Artistically decorated neat welcoming place. Our visit went seamlessly and was very comfortable.

Location is very good. Both sea shore and city center are reachable by foot or short bus/tram ride. Neighborhood is beautiful with a lot of greenery.

Guests should be aware that double beds cannot be separated. In the bathroom the towel dryer was cold.

Confusing check in, nice stay

The room was spacious. We liked the bed. Very clean.

The check in was confusing. They state you get all Checkin information in your mailbox at 3. However you still need to ring the bell and tell your name before you get the information. Please change the instructions beforehand. We waited 10 minutes outside and kept refreshing our emails, and we were not the only ones.

We asked for a quiet room, and were given a room at the streetside - a busy, noisy street.. No reception is a bit strange. Not really a hotel feeling. We asked to leave our luggage after checkout and had to put them in a unlocked room.

Easy and Cosy

The check-in of the hotel was very easy by e-mail code and a friendly handwritten letter in the room. The room itself is very comfortable and cosy, the bed is excellent. The hotel is well situated so that You can discover the historical town by walk. If You get a parking pkace in front of the hotel (by reservation), it is perfect. We did enjoy our stay and even when we usually prefer a personal check-in, the communication was very good and helpful so that we didn’t have the feeling that it was too impersonal. We can highly recommend this location to discover and enjoy Den Haag. We will come back.

Very special place to stay, a stylish building in a pleasant part of Den Haag. The apartment was a nice size, with separate bedroom area (although no door to bedroom) and a large and stylish bathroom. Excellent cleanliness. Cleaners came every day, which is not always the case for this type of accommodation. Overall we felt very comfortable here and liked it a lot. I highly recommend it and would gladly stay here again. Price was very good for the standard.

I had some issues with the app which is used to access the apartment when you arrive (there is no reception here), it took me around 20 attempts to unlock the door using the digital key on my android phone. Following day I tried on my iphone, and it worked fine, so possibly an issue with my phone. Inside there were key cards left for us, but these did not work either. The staff dropped me off 2 working key cards after I contacted them by phone and Whatsapp. Couple of other small issues - the coffee machine was a bit fiddly to work, we wasted a few pods trying to get it right, but after the staff demonstrated (thank you!), I could then work it. Another issue was the shower, it was a 'wet room' shower arrangement, without a shower cubicle, but the slope on the floor was not steep enough for the water to run away, and we had to be very careful not to flood the floor each time.
