I was in a terrible mood when I booked this last-minute stay. The staff was so kind and handled my crabbiness with humor and hospitality. Very comfortable and well taken care of rooms.
The parking situation wasn't great but at least there was parking (the regular on-site was sold out). Staff was very helpful in assisting with an alternative solution though.

Easy bike rental, nice location, beautiful building, retro interior. Good bed
Toilet and shower were very small and narrow spaces in the bathroom and not so many vegan food choices

the location of the hotel — it was very convenient for exploring the city. The hotel staff were friendly and professional. I also liked the style and atmosphere of the hotel
The room on the 4th floor was very hot. The air conditioning system looked old, worn out, noisy and unfortunately it was not working properly.
