The room and the hotel was very pretty and we really appreciated that we had fridge and microwave in the room. It was clean and comfy and there was mood lighting which we liked. We had space for our things to put away or sit at the table to eat or chat.

The parking fee was pretty expensive and the tea/sugar/coffee wasn't filled back daily. I really missed a rug because the floor was pretty cold.

Great base to explore The Hague

Easy automatic check-in with phone, no need for keys or cards, clean, minimalist decoration with neutral colours, well equipped room and bathroom, large comfy bed, minimal noise from street at night even though we were on the raised ground floor at the front next to the entrance.

The small step in the hall caught us both out. Suggest make it a ramp or make it more visible.

Lovely getaway in The Hague.

Lovely new hotel in The Hague. Rooms are exactly as the photos and due to the high ceilings the room feels spacious, perfect to have a little ‘kitchen’ to store your own snacks/drinks. Easy check-in, parking is available. Quiet neighborhood and public transportation is around the corner. Lovely and professional personnel!

Unfortunately the streaming services did not work as new policy makes it not possible to stream from your own account on another network. Would be nice to be able to watch even general television.

Communication was great, very easy to check in, easy parking, beautiful room, comfy bed.

They offer to order breakfast from a nearby place and get it delivered to the room. Don't. It's way too expensive for the quality you receive. There are many better breakfast options in Den Haag

The staff member at reception was so friendly and hospitable. The room space and convenient layout was perfect. Everything matched the description and the interior decor was modern and had luxury elements. The proximity to DH central is great and the whole process of check in was super easy. The room also has very good natural light and the place had small touches like the hand written welcome card that made it feel really special. Will definitely be returning. Great value for money !

Modern tasteful small hotel with al features you need.

Tasteful design. Good positioning of the lights in the room both for working and relaxing. At last a decent big safe that fits your PC and Ipad. The balance between full digital check in and a person at the entrance desk during the day. Perfect location to walk to the centre pf the city, nice breakfast locations within a 5 to 10 min walk.

Excellent stylish new hotel in old building in perfect location

Two nights in excellent room with just about everything you could need. Great bed, shower, more kitchen then expected.

Only minor issues. Kitchen equipped with plates and glasses but only one knife, no salt and pepper for eggs with breakfast box. We were there on a two day holiday weekend and saw no staff and room was not refreshed or restocked.

Decent neighborhood, friendly and attentive staff, good price for such quality.

I stayed in the city room on the third floor. The room was spacious, bright and had a high ceiling. Amenities are good quality. Warm room and building (rare in Dutch standards). They provide abundance of coffee capsules. The building is in a decent neighborhood. Two Albert Heijns and a small park nearby. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful and attentive. I would definetely recommend this place. Good price for such quality.

The carpetting on the stairs made me a little dizzy.

Mooi hotel

Mooie ruimte, goede locatie, zelfstandige check-in, lekkere douche, schoon. Ook het bed lag lekker met een tweepersoonsdekbed. Het was stil en rustig.

De verwarming deed het niet, de kamer was erg fris (want winter). Het personeel loste het wel goed op door ons eerst een andere kamer aan te bieden. Die sloegen we af want was de helft kleiner. Later kwam er toch iemand kijken, blijkbaar stonden de instellingen niet goed. Dit konden we niet weten, want er was geen uitgebreide instructie. Ook lieten ze een electrische kachel achter, dat was erg attent.

De prijs/kwaliteit verhouding is uitstekend. Verder is de ligging van het hotel top. Met de tram kun je overal naartoe. De informatie t.a.v instructies hoe de kamer te betreden was helder. Totale indruk van het hotel is zeer voldoende.

De inrichting, klantvriendelijkheid en de prijs.

Eigenlijk was alles perfect. Ik miste alleen een handdoekje/kleedje voor op de vloer in de badkamer. Alles was schoon op 1 klein dingetje na: de wasbak in de badkamer was niet helemaal schoon.

Goed hotel op een prachtige locatie.

Zelf eten en drinken regelen is super handig, dankzij de koelkast en de magnetron. En bij de koffieautomaat liggen koffiecups. Goed bed, prima Wifi en een ruime badkamer met alles erop en eraan. Rustig gelegen, ook al zit je aan de rand van het centrum.

La literie était bonne

Il n’y a absolument personne quand vous arrivez donc vous avez une chambre attribuée que vous ne pouvez pas changer, en l’occurrence pour nous, elle donnait sur une rue très passante donc très bruyante à cause des voitures. Et au niveau d’une espèce d’entresol juste au dessus du trottoir, n’autorisant pas la possibilité de dormir la fenêtre ouverte, car vous n’avez pas envie de voir débarquer quelqu’un dans votre chambre en pleine nuit. Je pense que cet hôtel devrait prévenir de ces inconvénients pour permettre de choisir une autre chambre voire un autre hotel
