A very warm and nice stay in the heart of The Hague.

The very warm welcome by the host, the easy check-in procedure, the cleanliness of the room, the overall look and design of the room, the coffee machine, the view outside, the location of the hotel, the many bars and restaurants in the neighborhood, …

The mattress was a bit saggy, you couldn't open the windows, the (lack of good) light in front of the bathroom mirror.

Exceptional hotel. Extremely comfortable, tastefully appointed room, clean, with smartly-designed features and a cosy, unique atmosphere. Hotel staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, really easy to get anything you need. Location right on a beautiful square with lots of restaurants and shopping in the immediate vicinity.

Terrible hygiene and cleanliness

The hotel is located in a lovely part of The Hague with plenty of options nearby. Also, the restaurant that is in the downstairs of the hotel (run by separate owners) is lovely.

The lack of hygiene and cleanliness in the room made me extremely uncomfortable during my stay. It appears to only have been cleaned superficially for quite a while. There were streaks from previous guests in the toilet bowl, in addition to the toilet being dirty in general. Also, the shower was mouldy. The bed smelled of mildew to an extent that I could only sleep on one side. Finally, the room was freezing. There was only a small radiator at the opposite end of the bed in the rather large room and in the separate bathroom. However, the sleeping area had no heating, which is detrimental in an old Dutch building with big windows right next to the bed. I have never been so close to leaving a hotel mid-stay and searching for something else. I don’t recommend anyone stay here, especially not in Winter.

Everything You Need for a Perfect Stay in The Hague

The room was very spacious and comfortable — one of the best stays I’ve had in Europe, definitely in my top three! It had everything you might need, just like home. The bathroom amenities were amazing; I even wanted to ask the staff where to buy them but forgot!

Excellent choice at the centre of Hague

Great location. Really spacious room. It does not have an elevator but it is written on the description so not a problem. It has a really nice restaurant below (worth for dinner as well) and a good breakfast. Overall an excellent choice for an apart hotel.

Needed better hygiene care. It was clean but superficially unfortunately. Below the beds it was not clean at all and the toilet pipe had a dirty calcium scale. I did put a photo of it...

Fantastic location and amazing front of house staff in the hotel and restaurant. So friendly. We have loved zooming around the city on the bikes, but we could also walk everywhere.

The beds were a bit too soft for our liking. It we are used to hard beds.

Happy in The Hague

This is a really lovely hotel just a 10 minute walk from the bars and restaurants of The Hague and situated in a vibrant square offering a fun alternative from the town. Really good value for money for a hotel of this calibre. We didnt have much interaction with the staff as were staying in an apartment just across the square from the hotel itself but communication was easy and it was clear that they were on hand should we need anything at all. Our apartment had very steep stairs but other apartments had elevators etc so just let the hotel know so that they can make suitable arrangements. Overall a really good stay and one which I would recommend to those looking to explore The Hague and surrounding areas including Rotterdam which is just 20 mins by train.

The hotel is located on a nice and cute square with restaurants and cafes. The room was very cozy and comfy. It seemed to be a family business, which made it even cozier and warmer. Liked it a lot!

Pricey, and not getting everything right yet

Second time we've stayed at this hotel. It's in a nice neighbourhood. (The Hague has lots of these!) Tram and bus links a few minutes' walk away. Bars and restaurants on the square, but you may prefer the selection elsewhere. Apartment had rooftop views and plenty of sunlight. Elevator in building (if a bit slow.)

We've yet to stay in a room we actually booked, so a bit tricky to rate this hotel. The apartment in which they put us this time was in separate building, and has a slow elevator, tiny toilet room, and roof beams to hit your head on. Breakfast on the first day was a disaster: we arrived at 8am, they finally delivered food at 9am. We went to the (excellent!) Cafe Blossom up the road after that. Overall, we felt we should be getting a better experience for the money. We'll consider other options next time we stay in the Hague.

A comfortable, relaxing stay in a convenient, quiet location in a quirky boutique hotel.

Beautifully quirky and comfortable hotel well situated for all the city's attractions. Superbly comfortable rooms with every facility you need, and very helpful staff. Some great little bars directly opposite too, a choice of 3, all of which looked very inviting.

The stairs are a little noisy - some people came in and made a lot of noise around midnight and woke me up, so the soundproofing is a little inadequate.

Excellent place for a stay in the Hague with added bonus of a very nice restaurant

The hotel itself was truly a boutique place with only few but very nice individual rooms. we had the pleasure of a suite with a bubblebath in the middle of everything much to our daugthers liking.
