It was close to the venue I was attending

A clean, fresh hotel in a fantastic beachside location.

The hotel is perfectly located just steps from the beach, which makes it ideal for a relaxing stay. I was pleasantly surprised with a spacious room upgrade — the room was clean, fresh, and smelled great. The entire place feels well-kept and inviting. The staff were very kind and welcoming, which added to the positive experience. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

comfortable and relaxing

the location is perfect, the bed was really comfortable, and the man working at the front office was very kind. When I made the reservation I was afraid of the noise the trams and traffic might make, however I couldn’t hear anything in my room which was great.

I thought that the toilet could be cleaner but it didn’t really disturb my stay, the room was still very nice.

Good hotel if not staying at the room with a connection door

Hotel looks new and modern, very close to the sea, good choice for breakfast.

Looks like our room was upgraded to the better one. It looked nice but it also had a connection door with another room. We were very unlucky with our neighbours and couldn’t sleep during the night. You just hear everything what is happening there through this door. It was unpleasant experience for such money…

The staff are very friendly and provide the service even during the very late night. The location is quite convenient, very near to the beach and many buses/trams nearby.

There were no bottled water prepared in the room and I expected some water in the room.

Very good

The breakfast was great. The room rate was not cheap compared with other hotels in Scheveningen but it seems the hotel gave us a room upgrade. The inside of hotel was modern and new, both the gust room and public areas such as lobby and restaurant.

We turned off the air conditioner but somehow it seemed still working. The room was a bit cold during the night.

This location was perfect as it was near the beach. The room was comfortable for two of us and was exceptionally clean. I would not hesitate to stay again.

miscommunication about early check in, it’s from 1pm whereas I was told 11am was ok if I paid extra for early check in (which I did pay €15 extra but still had to come back later as room wasn’t ready)

Extremely expensive with very dissapointing service!

Rooms were clean and spacious

The receptionist was very rude and not willing to fix problems, quite arrogant attitude. There was a noise in the room, which for 350€ you'd expect inmediate response of the team to be fixed and a minimum apology for the poor night spent. Management said that was the quality that the "Dutch standard" had to offer, I have been more than 20 times to The Hague and never received such poor service nor response, quite dissapointed. Extremely expensive for such low hospitality.

Disappointing

The location was great, I didn't have breakfast at the hotel.

The staff was not friendly apart from the night guy. This guy who works the day shift charged me 15 euros for checking out at 12pm. Most hotel's checkout time is 12pm but this guy was rude and didn't have any customer service and insisted I pay the late checkout charge. Also, the housekeeping wasn't up to the standards, they didn't change the sheets and pillowcases, and they didn't fill the shower gel, etc. I'll never book this hotel again.
