Really great stay

The room is not soundproof enough.

Close to the sea, shopping and dining, close to tram and bus stops.

The room wasn't soundproof, so noise from outside and the footsteps of the upstairs occupants were very disturbing. The sofa bed was hard because the mattress was too thin, causing body aches.

We had a mouse ☹️ We were awaken around 5am because a mouse was on the counter eating a hole in the bag of chips and bread we had bought. It ran away when we turned on the light. - The table and chairs are a bit too large for the space. Could be updated.

Extremely disappointing.

The place was very close to the sea, that was about the only positive point and the reason this place gets a 2/10 instead of a 1.

When we arrived, our room was supposedly already cleaned. It was not. The floors were dusty. There was chewing gum on the inside of a lamp. The föhn / hairdryer was broken and when we asked for a replacement and a tea towel we got some regular towels instead. The dishes were dirty. The insides of the closets were dirty. The bins were left full (yes really). The shower drain was nasty. The inside of the fridge was dirty. The toilet roll holder was dirty. We are both extremely disappointed, I wish I could share all of the images of the room.

Nice apartments at a great location in a very cool part of Den Haag :)

Great great location, nice rooms. Yes, there are quite a few very steep stairs, but we didn't mind, even with our kids. Entering the building and the room using the code worked totally fine. Also the room was ready at 15h, instead of 16h :). Communication with assistance team also worked well, they are pretty swift with their responses.

The floor wasn't as clean as we would like, it was a bit sticky, as if it wasn't even mopped. Also there is no parking available, so we opted for the garage of a nearby supermarket (Hoogvliet), couple of hundred meters from the apartment, for the price of 35eur/day, as we didn't want to experiment with parking at the street sides. Other thing which bothered me a little was their asking for a credit card deposit the very evening before our arrival (which I only saw at the airport, just before our departure to NL, because of a very early flight) which to be honest I wasn't aware of at all as a condition when making my booking (maybe it was specified somewhere, but I haven't noticed), and even though our stay was paid in full beforehand. Anyhow, deposit was returned in 4-5 days, no problem with that.

The beds were very comfortable and having a kitchen a great advantage, especially salt/pepper/oil. The tea options weighed heavily in favour of herbal rather than 'normal' tea though, which was a shame as there were 4 coffee capsules but only 2 of each teabag. The decor was tasteful and there was enough clothes storage and loads of kitchenware.

There was a note on the dishwasher saying it was broken - so we had to wash up by hand. The basin drained away very slowly so you'd face a puddle of dirt soap and toothpaste for a while. The separate door codes should be explained in advance as it took a while after entering the building to work out that we had to go back to our check-in emails to again 'check-in' to get the different 1st-time room door code... Not all surfaces were properly cleaned and showed up dust and old finger prints etc. The shower floor could do with a small raised edge to stop water running out of it into the rest of the bathroom and or soaking the bath mat. It would have been good to know that we didn't need to lug our suitcases up the main entrance stairs but could have gone through the adjoining hallway straight to our rooms on the ground level.... If the place asked guests to leave notes they might be aware of anything that wasn't working in time to fix it for the next guest? If you list a dishwasher amongst amenities then that needs to work. Luckily we didn't have to cook on this occasion.

The location was excellent you can reach it by car to quickly drop off bags. It is inside a shopping street with many restaurants and bar. The beach is a short walking distance. The tram-stop is in front of the apartment, which goes directly to the Pier or Den Haag centre. Inside the apartment there were plenty of amenities, good styling and design.

The apartment was not suited for families with young kids, as the climb up the stairs with a stroller is undoable. We were in apartment with stairs on the inside, which was a bit dangerous at first! The pictures did not match the actual apartment, which was a pity. There was an announcement after we checked there was a fire-alarm check, we would be disturbed for this by an employee, which I do not agree with! An additional deposit of €200 was required after paying the standard apartment fee (unclear when I'll get it back).

the view from our room was not nice: looked directly into somebody else’s apartment. the gap underneath our door made it possible for a lot of noise from other guests to get through to our room. because of this, it was quite noisy. otherwise it was really good.

We really enjoyed staying at limehome in The Hague. The apartment was very clean and comfortable; we had all the needed utilities in the kitchen, and we found coffee and treats, which was very nice! Apartment location was pretty close to the sea embankment and 20 min by bus from the city center. Wifi was working well, though it dropped a few times. And we really liked online check-in!

The only thing that could be better is ventilation in the bathroom: it didn't work properly, so the humidity was always high, and our towels stayed wet constantly.

Wonderful. So close to the beach. Really clean and comfortable apartment. And with a supermarket and great breakfast places nearby. Kitchen with everything you need. Tram stop right outside.

What would have made it even better is non-synthetic duvets. And thicker pillows to sleep on.

Clean & spacious apartment but access difficult for young family & a little noisy

Clean and very well appointed apartment. Comfy bed and good size overall.

It was disappointing to be placed on the very top floor of the building given that we had an infant (< 3 months) and there is no lift in the block. The stairs are pretty steep but luckily our pram is quite lightweight. A cot was provided so they were aware we had an infant. It was also disappointing for the apartment to be facing the fairly busy and noisy street side instead of the other side. I would recommend placing young families in a different apartment!
