Excellent and very comfortable 3 star Hotel

An excellent mid scale hotel. While the rooms are expectedly small, the bed is very comfortable with nice fluffy duvets, great pillows and nice towels. Didn’t try the breakfast, so no comments there.

The hotel is located right next to the beach and was very clean throughout our stay. The bed was comfortable, which made for great rest. We also appreciated the late check-out on New Year’s Eve without any extra costs.

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The parking lot is very small, with not enough spaces for guests, and charging €45 per night for parking on top of an already €350 New Year’s Eve room rate feels excessive. There was no food available at all, not even snacks or room service, so we had to leave the hotel to find something to eat. Upon arrival, the only elevator was broken, and there was no apology or acknowledgment from the staff. Overall, the staff felt very cold and overly procedural, doing only the bare minimum with no extra care for guests. Breakfast was decent with a good variety, but we were asked to come at a very specific time due to “lack of space,” even though the breakfast area was empty when we arrived. Finally, the rooms were cold with no proper heating; the only option provided was an electric heater, which is not acceptable given the high nightly rates.

Relaxing and comfortable

The staff were helpful, the room was clean and the location for buses, trams and the beach excellent.

We could not fault the hotel, the only feedback would be to clarify with cleaning staff what you needed i.e don't want towels, sheets changed today but replacement tea and or water would be nice.

Excellent cleaning

Everything was perfect. But especially the pillows are of high quality. We checked in after 5:00 PM, the reception staff was very kind..

The cleaning in the rooms was very good. Having worked in the field for over 15 years as a controller in the hospitality industry, the girl who cleaned the room deserves an award from the Manager,😘☺️🤗🤗

Simple and easy, a good choice for a quick getaway or as a base to explore the seaside.

Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, moreso than required but not to the point of being overbearing. The room was comfortable, everything worked well, and the location is very close to transport and to the beach. Everything was simple and easy.

The staff was very nice and service oriented. Everything else is okay, but nothing exceptional. Location near the beach was quite nice.

Having to pay 25 Euros per day for parking. The additional 17,50 euros charged for breakfast did not feel like value for money.

Conveniently situated next to our friends' apartment block. Staff were helpful.

Very small room for the money. Check-in took a long time, considering we had pre-booked. Lift was a bit sluggish. TV was unusable until a staff member fixed it, and then had a disappointing selection of channels for a hotel of this class. TV also didn't remember last channel selected. Eurosport available but only in German... Breakfast was OK, but the scrambled egg was rubbery.

Great location, very comfortable rooms, breakfast awesome.

Travelled with my adult children, had an adjoining studio room with large windows to see beach (not on beach) able to all be together without running down halls. Lots of room when opened up so able to play cards in evening when raining. Location perfect for enjoying both the beach and The Hague. Bike rental available in hotel was perfect. Parking on site great. Beds very comfortable.

Really comfortable stay

A wonderful huge bed in a clean room! The beach is a 3-minutes walk across the street.

The shower is a pretty small. Breakfast was yummy, but not extraordinary. Mini bar was empty :(

there was trouble with the reservation. we had booked under my name and I had registered one guest. the stay was then suddenly registered under the guest, and the staff could therefore not find our reservation.

Great location, easy parking

Great Hotel with parking option if you have a car. Compact but modern and functional rooms. Staff have transport tickets for local public transport which made catching the tram a breeze. Walking distance to everything Scheveningen has to offer

Small rooms, not so comfortable beds, noise of the airco in the room, small breakfast room, paid parking places in the building were very small with the risk that you car could damage another by simply opening your car door

Functional hotel next to the beach.

Nice family room, relatively spacious and comfortable bathroom with heating floor.

The staff could be more welcoming: discomfort of the person at the reception desk when I said I did not have my identity card with me (is that still even legal to require it while I had paid for the room upfront?), remark at breakfast that "next time" I will have to be more on time vs the estimated slot I had mentioned. I would have liked to feel more warmly welcome and either there is a problem and you really explain or it's not really a problem and then please avoid making your customers feel reproachable. And also the bin in the bathroom had not been emptied. So yes the hotel is nice and the room is comfy but I have already had better experience with the staff.
