Perfect location, metres away from the beach and near commercial streets yet still quiet at night. High quality mattress, pillows and bed sheets. Great coffee machine and the furniture shows off thats been recently renovated. Friendly, efficient and helpful staff. Customer service was top level too. Amazing views of the sea from the large windows of the room. Exceeded excpecations in every aspect, would definetly come back.

It was very clean - the breakfast was vast- extremely friendly personnel in the breakfast hall, kitchen, reception. Very attentive and supportive. Awesome rooms. Very comfy bed. We loved it. Though it’s close to the street but you don’t hear the noise.

However there is only 1 elevator - so sometimes you have to wait long in order to get to your hotel room or get down. Especially with two babies you need the elevator. The cleaning times of the rooms was not really coherent. So sometimes the room was cleaned early in the day sometimes in the afternoon.. Also I didn’t like that there is no ramp into the main entrance for people who are bound on wheelchairs or having big suitcases to easily enter the facility. Also the parking fee per day is high unfortunately .

Everything was nice. Breakfast was wonderful. Beds were very comfortable. View from our room was great.

My room was near the escape door and there was a terrace outside. In the middle of the night a couple decided to fight and stomp around in the corridors, banging doors, then the lady went out the escape door and got stuck outside as the door does not open from outside, so I had to get up and let her in. Banging doors through the night meant I didn't sleep much.
