Nice, clean and convenient - good value for the money!

The coffee bar area and dining room area was really convenient and nice. The hotel was next to a tram stop, which was very convenient and near a very nice section of town with lots of restaurants and shops.

The bed was far too soft, and there were some slight issues with the heating.

Cozy hotel with friendly staff

The hotel itself is very cozy, we loved the lounge room where you could get coffee or tea. You could also choose a different pillow or get an extra blanket which is always great. Everyone we had to interact with in the staff was very friendly and polite. Will definitely come back if we're ever back in the Hague!

Lovely little boutique hotel

Nice, classy boutique hotel with brilliant 'green' credentials. Good central location on handy tram route with easy access to city and coast. Good value for stay and a comprehensive and tasty breakfast. Staff were really friendly and welcoming. Nice common area.

The room was quite petite but still very comfortable. Bathroom has a glass door and isn't that private from the room.

Amazing!

The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location was perfect – quiet and close to public transport. (The tram stop is right in front of the hotel). The breakfast was delicious and very varied!

quite expensive; not much choice and not much space at breakfast; pillows were very thick (we found out only on the day we left that there were different pillow types available - a little note during checkin or in the room would have been nice)

Great hotel, comfortable and a nice lounge to enjoy.

Loved the ethos behind it, the lounge area with the complimentary tea and coffee, such a great selection of teas. Really nice area to explore. Secure place to charge and store the bikes. Comfortable bed. A selection of pillow types and a kettle to use in your room. Great hotel.

Would stay again

Loved the hotel and its design. The room was small, but smartly furnished and had everything I needed, including a great view. I appreciated the pillow menu as I often have trouble with standard hotel pillows. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was good value for money and had gluten free options.

Perfect to visit the city!

The free coffee and tea was nice, and there was even little pastries to accompany them. I liked being able to have a single room, and the location was ideal if you want to go to the center or even just take the tram to the beach. The staff was very helpful and the check-out time isn't too early (which helps when you had a late night haha). The book on The Hague in the room was also a nice touch and helped me figure out what I'd do during my stay.

We loved this hotel and would definitely recommend it as a great place to stay in The Hague

The bed was very comfortable, the room was nice and spacious with a good shower room. We liked the convenience of using your phone for all the doors and lifts. The staff were very friendly and helpful and always available. The location was great, the No 17 tram stops right outside and takes you directly to the central train station. The local area was lovely with lots of nice cafes and reastaurants and a great street market nearby on Sundays. We hired bikes from the hotel and they were in good condition and good value with easy locks and gears.

Our only complaint was the breakfasts which we found too expensive and not very inviting so we gave them a miss and had breakfast in local cafes

Very friendly staff, clean, nice ambience. Free coffee/tea in the lobby. Breakfast was simple but tasty and fresh. I felt safe during my stay. Lovely view over the neighborhood gardens. Very quiet at night. Comfy bed.

Exceptional

Very clean, very comfortable, all you need is there. The location is good, in a quite area, with many cozy restos and bars to seat. There is a big AH supermarket a few min walk down the street. About 10 min walk from Intl Court of Justice. Didn't have the breakfast, but the coffee and tea are free whole day till 10PM. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Very happy with staying there.
