Absolutely brilliant, great host and a quaint b+b in rural shropshire. Will definately visit again !

Tom, the host, was very friendly, knowledgable of the surrounding area and its history. He was also attentive to your needs and the rooms were all on one level, so was easy for my partner who uses crutches.

The only thing I would like is a larger bathroom, but what we had was adequate.

One night in Ironbridge which was comfortable and relaxing

Breakfast was excellent, host extremely friendly and accommodation very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

There was no shower gel and unfortunately we arrived too late to flag this. I have no doubt that the issue would have been rectified as soon as it was raised. Otherwise the stay was fine.

The guess house was lovely, spotlessly clean, breakfast was excellent and the owner is such a lovely man and very amenable! The guest house is in a very good location, easy access to all the local attractions, 500m walk down to Ironbridge and Ironbridge village for pubs, restaurants and shops etc

It was very clean, comfortable and more importantly for us quiet. Tom was a very charming host.

Tom, the host, was very welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. The property has plenty car parking and is close to the centre of Ironbridge, The Iron Bridge is about about a 10 minute walk away.

Beautiful area, unique hillside house, comfortable stay and friendly host.

Beautiful and unique house and garden on the hillside. It was a cozy and warm atmosphere, the breakfast delicious and plentiful and Tom was a genial and kind host. The room was nice with windows overlooking the garden and down the hillside.

Finding the place was a little tricky. I missed the sign for it when I was negotiating a hairpin turn and the satnav pointed me up the back driveway, but I made it! I would have liked a slightly bigger room and bathroom, but it was still comfortable!

Good service and very comfortable stay

Friendly helpful host. Very clean comfortable rooms. Delicious cooked breakfast with plenty of tea/coffee/orange juice and toast. Location very near to town and the Ironbridge, plus walks along old railway track and the river. Beautiful display of summer flowering plants around the property.

Entrance drive in bad condition. My car struggled up the steep drive and wheels slipped because it was very wet and slippy with loose stones, so that my skid/icy surface warning lights went haywire. Used the alternate drive thereafter that was unlabelled presumably as faced less used road direction. My automatic car has only modest front wheeled drive but it usually copes with steep hills.

Away from the hustle and bustle of traffic! Quaint house with character. The host Tom was a pleasant chap, there to please, nothing too much trouble for him to make your stay pleasant! The price for the one night stay was £80 and that included a hearty full English breakfast!!

The only downside to the stay was the access to the property, although it was well lit the, it was very steep and uneven.

Quirky property in the heart of Ironbridge

Tom was a lovely host and very willing to help in any way he could. The room was compact but had everything we needed. The location was excellent - only a short walk from Ironbridge and its museums and very close to the disused railway which can be used by pedestrians and cyclists to get to Bridgnorth. If you like quirky properties with a relaxed atmosphere then this is for you. The decor maybe in need of updating but as it stands you get good value for money with a lovely breakfast so I won’t be complaining about that.

This is a beautiful B & B situated in a stunning part of the countryside, in a famous destination village. The bedroom was most comfortable with everything that one would need. The host was most attentive and served up a scrumptious brekkie for me. I have no hesitation in recommending this B & B to other prospective clients.

An incredibly relaxing stay

Lovely bed and breakfast in a lovely setting, not far from ironside centre and very close to lovely pubs and other picturesque places. The host was amazing and very accommodating, leaving out the local taxi number, cooking breakfast fresh and being flexible with timings.

The entrance to the residence can be easily missed but the host provided excellent instructions to find the property and made it incredibly easy to check in.

The room wasn’t particularly clean, tea stains down the drawers and sink in the bathroom didn’t look like it had been wiped. As only staying one night I just gave it a wipe down.

Quaint property with lots of things to talk about.

The host was very nice and breakfast was great. Room was clean and shower room was good. Liked the "Sharpe" memorabilia. Real English feel to the property.

There was not much room to move about in the bedroom, so had to be careful to avoid knocking shins. However was warm and sufficient for our needs. Access to the property was a little steep, but that's the nature of ironbridge! Might be challenging in the wet for some vehicles.

Ideal location for visiting Ironbridge & going on spectacular walks in the area. Great value for money. Lovely old fashioned b & b with a very friendly & genial host, Tom. Loved the quirky decor of BSA C15 motorbike in the lounge & huge pictures of Sean Bean as Sharpe ; ) Can see that the garden will be a splendid splash of colour in the summer & nice views all around of green trees. Room was cosy & warm, bed nice & firm & we slept well. Breakfast was a tasty & tradtional fry up. Plenty of private parking at the property & fantastic communication form Tom regarding directions etc.

Nothing much really, just personally not a fan of anaglypta, but that's just me : )
