Fabulous village and perfect house to rent

The location was amazing and the main feature of the house. You can see the bridge from the living room and the double bedroom. All was very clean and tidy. Welcome basket was a lovely touch.

The window in the double bedroom didn’t open at all. Seems it’s been painted shut. Also in the en suite there were several nails sticking out of the door frame.

Simply fabulous!

The location of this beautiful property is superb! You can see the bridge from the windows. On entering the property it instantly has a lovely feeling about it,,, I’d have happily moved in straightaway. It was spotlessly clean and has everything you needed, not that we did any cooking!!! There was a gorgeous little hamper to welcome us including a voucher for a free pork pie from the shop below! We didn’t want to leave after our stay as it was truly amazing,,, can’t recommend it highly enough!

The entrance to the property was a little challenging for my disabled mum, but she coped with it just about. It was up a pathway on a small incline and a small slope just as you get through the gate! I said it could be much worse if it was the steps to the right leading up to the church!!! 🤣

The location was beautiful, the house far exceeded what we were all expecting, the little arrival hamper, the faculties, the cleanliness it was amazing and our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay so much so we want to book again for next May bank holiday weekend.

Lovely place in the centre of Ironbridge

Great location, cottage well kitted out plus the welcome pack was a bonus. Free secure parking. Would highly recommend.

Chip on the rim of one of the mugs, plus only 2. Upstairs flooring needs attention with some of the laminate lifting.

Birthplace of the Industrial Revolution

First person to meet us was Charlie. A fabulous ambassador to the family and the business. The apartment was well appointed, spacious, comfortable, fully populated kitchen, cosy garden. The welcome goody bag was a delight - and brought fully up to date with hand sanitiser and wipes. Good touch. Plus, of course a world famous Eley pork pie waiting for us in the ‘fridge. The secure parking was a great asset. Especially as the high street is closed to traffic during the weekends now.

This is minor, the outside paintwork could do with touching up. Finally, the only serious negative was that the oven hadn’t been cleaned since the previous occupants. Charlie was very apologetic and took pictures to take up the matter with the cleaning contractors. I accept this might have been a one-off but in these odd times, we don’t want any slip ups.
