The Garden Apartment

We equipped, centrally located and ideal for a few days away

Parking was a bit fiddly but not really a major issue.

Excellent central location but quiet, just behind the main street. Access is sloped with no steps, on foot via a secure, locked courtyard shared with a few other apartments. The apartment is an outbuilding. It has a very well equipped kitchen, comfortable sofa and comfy bed. Decent size TV, good WiFi. Secluded, private courtyard garden. Good bathroom with hooks, shelves, shaving mirror, cupboard, and full bath with a nice shower over. Thoughtful touches like throw blankets, books, shoe rack. I would stay here again.

The apartment does get very hot in a heatwave, and soaks up the sun, no fault of the owners. Two fans were provided and there is an ice cube tray.

Convenient location near to the Bridge and walks. Comfortable.

Great location near the iron bridge. We walked to local pubs shops restaurants etc. nice walk down the river to the tile museum, MAWS craft centre, Coalport and tar tunnels. Also walked to the museum of iron and enginuity. All the extras in the apartment were very welcome, and things like tin foil, seasoning etc. The secure parking was great. The complimentary pork pie delicious

The lighting cannot be dimmed or isolate kitchen from living area, a lamp for ambient lighting would make a nice addition. Not a problem for us but found a few dust balls behind the bedside cabinet when i was looking for an earring, but the important areas kitchen and bathroom were clean 😊
