The room layout was great. Bed was comfortable. The food was amazing. The little courtyard out back had a relaxing feel about it.
The blinds do not cover the window at night it felt a little exposed when lay in bed. Also hearing children run about in the room above room 9 was somewhat annoying.

Great staff, great breakfast. Good tea and coffee trolley. Lots of free parking
Very dated. No aircon. A bit scruffy
