Idyllic locatiin. Wonderful, comfortable hotel with exceptional staff. Fabulous food too.
Nothing. This is one of our favourite places to stay. We have been going there fore 30 years.

Gorgeous location , comfort, friendly and professional service
Only very minor quibbles: Maybe I overlooked the info but otherwise It would be helpful if they could explain about the parking in advance. Also, I would really have appreciated some decaf coffee sachets in our room.

Situated by the river Wye.
We realised we stayed on a busy Sunday, but both a lot of beers and food had run out; the wait staff had to come back to our table three times before something I wanted to order was available.
Be aware that some of the rooms face inward, away from the river.
