Location is incredible. Staff was the best part of the stay. Extremely kind!
The rooms could use some up keeping, perhaps some new upholstery and I would have loved a mini fridge in the room or coffee machine/kettle for warm beverages in the off hours.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Jakob very much. The location is perfect for exploring Rapperswil and surrounding towns. The staff is warm and welcoming, and Stephanie was particularly helpful and gracious.
