Excellent customer service and check in experience. They paid attention to my little requests - which is not always possible, but they were able to accommodate. The room was modern, quiet, and well furnished with netflix and great toiletries.

The place is quite unconventional, staff is extremely friendly. If you like me just drink a coffee you don't have to pay the full breaksfast. The room was bright and I had a balcony which I didn’t use. There is a bar downstairs.
I haven't had a towel. I noticed that the next day when I had to have my shower.

Excellent location and lots of character… the staff are super helpful and my room had a great balcony view. The TV system is excellent for a hotel at this rating level.
As an Englishman I would have preferred more tea making supplies in the room ie teabags, milk and sugar. One proper teabag is a bit stingy from my perspective 🤪

The location is great and one can walk anywhere in town as well as the train station.
While it was nice to have a balcony, it was simply not maintained and one could see the scum on the bottom pan and the boards were really loose. The bathroom is quite old and the fixtures did not appear to be maintained. Overall, I would never stay again.
