Nice place to stay in a great location with excellent service

This is a nice place in a lovely location. Rooms are a good size, with nice, firm beds. Our friends had the 1st floor room - bigger than ours (top floor) with lots of windows.

Bathrooms were a bit small, but goes with the territory.

Location was excellent.

Costly additional charge for our daughter to stay in the same room. Parking is sparse and an additional up charge.

Very small, intimate pension with modern rooms above the bistro. Good value.

Unfortunately the restaurant was closed for the holiday, but the menu looked great. Building was old, but bedrooms and bathrooms were up to date. Nice location in the heart of Winterthur.

Interesting place to stay and so nice to have a coffee shop right there.

They were very friendly and accommodating, even helping me find a better parking situation. Excellent location for work at the university and nice to be in the center of town. Rooms were large and the bed was comfortable.

Very pleasant!

Emma’s was right on the tree-lined square with lots of outdoor restaurants. Wonderful location! The room was clean, large, and comfortable. It had a back door to the garden. We sat together there in the evenings, had a little wine, and listened to a good audible book. Very pleasant. Can’t comment on the rooms above us, but our ground level room was fairly cool.

Great accommodation in the centre of Winterthur

The location in the old town was perfect, the room clean and modern but traditional at the same time. Teas and coffee making facilities always appreciated. A fridge in the room also a nice touch. Very good shower..

No problems at all with the accomodation or staff. Narrow staircase to rooms might give accessibility issues but there was a ground floor room

All lovely - the host delightful, the location excellent, a public parking garage 2 mins away, the mattress fantastic, the room really quiet (looking out to a garden). Great little bistro for delicious simple organic breakfast and meals during the day.

Das Zimmer war sehr schön und auch zentral. Kann ich weiterempfehlen.

Das Frühstück im Bistro war zu teuer. Was mich vor allem enttäuscht hat, man wirbt mit regionalen Produkten sogar mit Bio Honig auf der Frühstückskarte und erhält Honig aus China,der schlechteste Honig weltweit.( eigentlich ist das Zuckermelasse). Wir sind Bioimker und wissen wovon wir sprechen. Somit waren wir nicht mehr so sicher was auf ihrer Speisekarte alles so richtig Bio und regional ist wie angegeben .Schade

1 A Lage, in einer belebten Fußgängerzone, Zimmer mit 3 großen Fenster zum Garten nach hinten hinaus. Viele Bäume dort. Weil sehr große Hitze, war die Nacht angenehm kühl. Tagsüber hat ein Ventilator etwas Abkühlung gebracht. Ein AC wäre empfehlenswert.

Ein guter Ort, um Winterthur kennen zu lernen mit seiner grünen Lunge: viele Gärten überall.

Das komfortable Zimmer mit guter Ausstattung und das große Plus, der Gartenzugang, hat uns den Aufenthalt als Mutter-Tochter-Team angenehm gemacht. Wir haben ein kleines Abendessen und Frühstück im Garten genossen und uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Uns hat NICHTS nicht gefallen...
