Great location for a short stopover

Great location a short walk to historic shopping streets and restaurants. Bus stop right outside the hotel which takes you to the train station in minutes. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was modern. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and the setting very peaceful amongst trees. Lots of places to sit and read or work within the hotel.

Winter duvets were way too hot to sleep comfortably. The bathroom was small and the sink water went all over the counter.

It was a quite nice hotel.

The hotel was well located near to restaurants and bars and shops. The room was quite nice but small.

The towels were so small that you could barely dry yourself on them. The water in the shower kept going too hot and too cold. In the restaurant where we had breakfast the shelves were so dirty and dusty.

Generally very good and I would stay there again as it is right on top of the bus stop.

The breakfast was good and plenty of choice and the staff were very helpful and attentive.

The barman told me I could not stand where I was standing because it was reserved for Aperativi but the was nothing tell anyone so

The staff were amazing

I thought the hotel was very comfortable and relaxing. The rooms were a good size with plenty of attention to detail. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, and they even went above and beyond to support our needs during the stay. A special thanks to Cristina and Lena who helped us out on the day of our departure.

Excellent 21st century hotel

Very good hotel, absolutely clean and equipped at a high quality. The location is perfect, situated at the edge of the downtown meanwhile in the middle of a green island of the city. Beds are large and proper for a quiet sleep. We felt very comfortable during our four-night stay, because we were given a superior room with a balcony on the top floor of the building, which was an outstanding place to relax after a long day. In addition, a coffee maker served our comfort in the hotel room, while there was also a restaurant and bar on site. There was a variety of fresh fruit at breakfast every day, which we appreciated. The staff was polite and helpful. After our pleasant stay we can only recommend the hotel.

There was nothing to complain about. It is not worth mentioning that the maid forgot to wipe the dust from the table on the terrace, but we solved this small problem.

staff was extremely nice, pleasant, smiling. Thye gave me the right and detailed explanation/information about the hotel. The breakfast was complete and very good, especially the Latte Macchiato. i could invite a guest without any issue. The location is just perfect, in front of the office. Small room but really pleasant with the balcony . I will come back and recommend the hotel. Thank you!

Made a great effort to welcome our daughter, the location is great, the parking was free, the staff friendly.

European hotels don’t hard boil eggs, except this place. The rooms are cramped. Ours faced the restaurant and was loud.

Great situation, good value for money, nice rooms, very nice staff at check-in

We had dinner on both nights. The restaurant is very nice and the food good, though the 'à la carte menu' does not offer enough options. The staff was very nice but the service was really very slow. We had to chase them to get their attention, every time we needed something and they did not always bring us what we asked for. The place was full on both nights, so they should really increase the numbers of servers.

Beautiful Hotel

Very quiet. The room and bathroom were impeccably clean. The bed was so comfortable, I slept like a log. The staff were extremely friendly. A thoroughly enjoyable stay!

The breakfast was only until 10.00, so had to get up early. Would have liked it to be until 11.00, or the possibility to upgrade to brunch for a reduced price, at the reservation, to be able to enjoy my room a bit longer.

Very good

Location is right by the old town, making it easy to visit the area. Very friendly, efficient and motivated staff from the moment you get to the front desk! We stayed in a Junior suite, which was convenient as my son slept on the foldable sofa in the other room. It faced the street and I was concerned about the noise, but shouldn't have as it was blocked by the windows - granted, it was on a holiday. The restaurant had gluten free bread ready for me for breakfast the next day - again, a nice touch
