Based on the above, for this price for two nights, it would have been more reasonable to stay at a different hotel in ce

Only OK thing was breakfast.

1. When we arrived, reception staff almost booked us for one night, instead of two, as it was when we purchased via booking app. 2. We booked a superior room with a purpose - we wanted view of mountains, because of husband birthday and his dream about Switzerland and Alps. Instead of that, we got a view of Lidl shop, living house and a parking lot. 3. This is a HUGE disappointment. The hotel room did not match the description and the price wasn’t worth it. 4. Do you think it is okay to have one pair of slippers in a double room?

unfortunately, the staff from the reception was not welcoming, the room was really bad, I don't know where "superior" is coming from, stains on the walls, stains on the chair, mold in the bathroom, and of course, no mountain views as advertised.

The staff is not available for the clients. They guided us to the car park, and the lady who work in the front desk she tald us to the entrance button of the car park is right hand side. So we tryed to find during the rain. We couldent. Then we went back to the reception and aome one came and opened the gate the button was copletly oposite side. Our car was near to the gate and, after he opened the gate car was damaged

I couldn't believe that the Restaurant was Closed Saturday and Sunday. So my wife no were to eat when I went out Saturday evening for a reunion. Didn't occur to me that the no Restaurant would be closed..

Great location, rooftop restaurant and bar were excellent with an amazing view of the alps. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was modern and very clean and comfy. We will stay here from now on!

Excellent and extremely comfortable

Extremely comfortable hotel. Very silent and soundproofed. Decoration is really nice inside. View to dinstant mountains and restaurants availabke in the area. Easy also to access the Pfadfiker See nearby during nice weather days. Can only suggest it and its prefered for trips to Zürich than staying at rge city center. Very close to the train station also.
