Convenient and clean.

The location was very good, close to bother Jona and Rapperswil train stations. There is also a coop food shop a few minutes walk down the road. The staff were happy to provide a few bits for the room including kettle & mugs so we could make our own hot drinks.

It didn’t bother me but the person I shared a room with didn’t like the limited hanging space for clothes. The gym was adequate, I would have liked to see a treadmill in there (it was raining very heavily during our stay so couldn’t run outside!)

Very nice staff, a welcome drink. The bar is designed like a living room, kicker, tv, couches, games. Rooms are well designed as well, modern equipment, comfortable beds

Straight forward stay for a short trip.

Being a lifestyle brand, it’s very straight forward with brand identity. Conveniently located in the quaint town of Rapperswil.

There’s a few things I don’t particularly like as a frequent traveller. 1. AC Control - I understand that AC is not exactly a common thing in Europe and whilst newer property has HVAC installed and trying to be cost efficient and “sustainable” with electricity and minimising consumer consumption waste, I HATE that it is not efficient for someone whom is ALWAYS warm. With a yucky interior temperature that’s neither cold enough to cool down and not warm enough to kill me. it makes me disgustingly clammy whilst I’m in the room and I would wake up in the middle of the night sweating despite setting the temperature at 19degC on the thermostat in the summer, on a week with the heatwave of 32-36deg insanely hot summer. 2. No in-room bar fridge - very inconvenient if you were to buy your own things that needs chilling. 3. The industrial, steampunk look and feel may be cool to look at, but, to be hanging your clothes all over on the metal mesh? definitely a problem for me if I’m staying with them in winter with coats and all. (Which I’m sure I will also die with the centrally controlled heating system that will be too warm for my personal preference.)

A nice and quiet place with great staff

We stayed there for the Ironman event in June and the hotel was full to the brim. Still, we got superb treatment from the staff – they are all very helpful and attentive. The rooms are comfortable and I loved the way they've made use of the relatively limited space you can expect in a hotel room – there was even a small comfy reading nook in our room!

Great hotel for a short stay

The room was exceptionally clean and the bed very comfortable. The staff were lovely - helpful and welcoming. Nothing is too much trouble.

There is no mini bar or tea/coffee in the room. It’s nice to have this option in the mornings before leaving the room.

Nice with small errors

The hotel is very fancy and comfortable. The staff is very kind and it's easy to reach the lake side. For a short stay, I would recommend this hotel.

Not enough parking spaces in the hotel. No possibility to park in front of the hotel which makes unloading the luggage very difficult, especially when pregnant. I had to carry it from the parking area to the hotel in hot sunshine, which was not convinient. Also, there are not enough vegan choices at breakfast.

Very friendly staff, and it was genuinely spotless. Also was given a room with a view of the lake when I paid for a 'city' view which was nice. Clear instructions on how to use the room's AC was greatly appreciated.

The mattress was not particularly comfortable; quite thin with little cushioning.

Poor food (chicken sandwich was frozen in the middle) and food not great for the price. (Breakfast was better) Minimal furniture in room which would be fine on my own but it was a bit difficult with a baby in a family room. A shelf or cupboard would have been really helpful
