The staff is absolutely amazing. Very easy check-in and out, breakfast had great options (small but delicious), and the entire staff is superb.
Our room towards the lake was very light up at night due to the lights from the hotel outside. The bathroom shower had a curtain which was too small on either side, so it got a bit wet.

It was a convenient location for us. We didn’t see much of the view because of poor winter weather and expect that it is a much better place to go to in the summer.
Not worth paying extra for the lake view in winter - a lot of fog, and the lake is 20km away! No lift, so people with restricted mobility would find it difficult

Warm rooms, comfortable beds
No facilities- no tea kettle, fridge, microwave. Literally just the bed and toiletries.
The place being far from town (literally on top of the mountain) it would make sense to provide these things at least.
Breakfast is too pricey.
