Very clean rooms, good selection of beer and ample parking. Staff attentive.
Close to busy road, ear plugs were provided but we didn’t need the window open luckily.
No where apart from the car park to walk our dog, but minor issue. Walked into Buckfastleigh which was approx 20 minutes, few nice pubs and spar shop. No pavement from pub to walk across A38 bridge, so just on the verge was a little hairy!

No EV charging points but it is very close to large public one

Nice staff. Comfy bed. Clean room.
Room too small. Key was difficult to open door. Got soaked in the rain. Traffic noise appalling, even with ear plugs.
