Let’s set aside for a moment exceptional service, breathtaking location, and wonderful food.
What truly stayed with me was the interior. Many hotels invest in design, yes, but here, design isn’t something you merely look at. You step into it, you inhabit it and become part of its universe. God, every detail, every texture or surface, and view from every angle feels deeply considered and absolutely breathtaking.
I was so overwhelmed by the experience that I could not help sharing my compliments at check-out. Then I learned the name of the designer: Pierre-Yves Rochon. There was the clue. They say, he is very famous.
The atmosphere resembles the world of 19th-century nobility and makes you feel like a countess or a princess in a grand residence. And yet it never feels old, fragile, or theatrical.
Everything is absolutely elegant and still feels up to date, even modern.
Beautiful fresh flowers are everywhere. Little corners and thoughtful touches made our experience unforgettable: the cutlery in the restaurant, water tap and lights in the lobby WC, bedspread in the room, and even the set of postcards placed in the writing desk.
You should visit this place anyway should you ever travel to Vevey.

We loved absolutely everything! The staff were incredibly kind and professional and we even had the chance to hear a beautiful, inspiring true story about the statue in their backyard. I won’t spoil it! You’ll have to visit and hear it for yourself :) The breakfast was excellent and the room along with the hotel, surroundings and views was simply stunning. The complimentary public transport card was the cherry on top, allowing us to explore so much and truly enjoy the area. We couldn’t recommend this experience more. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who made our stay so magical and unforgettable!
