An unforgettable stay in every way!

We loved absolutely everything! The staff were incredibly kind and professional and we even had the chance to hear a beautiful, inspiring true story about the statue in their backyard. I won’t spoil it! You’ll have to visit and hear it for yourself :) The breakfast was excellent and the room along with the hotel, surroundings and views was simply stunning. The complimentary public transport card was the cherry on top, allowing us to explore so much and truly enjoy the area. We couldn’t recommend this experience more. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who made our stay so magical and unforgettable!

Beautiful hotel but disappointing service

Beautiful rooms

Staff were not nearly helpful enough for a 5 star property. For example - concierge recommended to us a nearby Christmas market which we discovered had closed 4 days ago when we went, breakfast was under-staffed and service was extremely slow without the buffet refilled, we reported multiple times our blinds were broken and no one ever came to fix. Also be warned the internal temperature control doesn’t work. We wanted our room at room temperature, but when we turned on the fan at 22*c and set the thermostat to 18*c in a few minutes the temperature would rise to over 24*c. WiFi was spotty at times which also impacted ability to watch tv

We came for the Christmas markets and the glacier 3000 great location and One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at the attention to detail is phenomenal the receptionists and the cleaners are so welcoming and polite would definitely return back to this hotel if we had the chance

Beauty by the Lake

It has been an absolute delight to stay in this beautiful, quaint hotel by the lake and riviera. I was traveling alone but decided to still take a junior suite for the full experience and it did not disappoint. The crisp air and views have been healing. A special mention to Sebastian in F&B and Room Service for his kindness and making sure my meals were joyful. I would come back here in a heartbeat. 💓

A perfect stay — elegant, relaxing, and unforgettable

The hotel is beautifully located, with stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. The room was spotless, comfortable, and very well equipped. The staff was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and professional. The breakfast was delicious with high-quality products and plenty of options. Overall, everything felt elegant and well-taken care of.

A Beautiful Renovated Hotel in a Great Location

A lovely boutique hotel right on the lake. The staff are friendly and professional and breakfast was very good. The hotel and rooms are tastefully decorated and very comfortable with a fabulous view of the lake. Lovely extra touches included like the hotel embossed bottles of water and note paper.

There is no gym available. We paid for 3 days parking at 120 chf and our car was returned to us covered in a sticky gunk and bird droppings as it has been parked under a tree. We had a long drive that day and weren’t able to sort it out until our next destination. It never should have been given back to us in that condition and took quite some cleaning to remove the mess.

We did enjoy the stay but value was not what we paid for.

The Restaurant staff was very good, both breakfast and evening. Room was large and everything worked well!!! Greeting of fruits and food were great. The Eggs Benedict was the best I ever had, I could have order another 20…. Very good. Breakfast options were excellent!!

Internet was terrible, actual useless, so I paid other money to mobile service to solve issue. They say is going to be fixed at end of October, but did us no good. No offer to return value. Front desk could have explain 201 bus schedule better, week days and Sunday. Toilet seat could have been warmer. Noise from Market and wedding parade honking was very disturbing at we just arrived after 24 hours of travel. right next to parking lot with our end unit. No offer to return value. I paid 72 CHF wine by glass and found out the bottle is total a 28 CFH offered at front desk (which I bought the next day ). Staff should have told me bottle price….. No offer to return value.

This is my favorite hotel. I stay here whenever I’m in the Swiss Riviera. Excellent location. Lovely staff. Comfortable, old world style.

Breakfast selection was okay, staff very pleasant , hotel location good. Room was a junior suite which had a wonderful bed and well appointed

Staff on first breakfast was not particularly attentive Junior suite with “lake view “had a view though it was 60 % trees, either side 20% lake…. On morning of departure paid up the bill, it was raining heavily, with no offer from reception for the concierge to help pack the car. Umbrellas were available so managed to do it and leave.

Almost perfct hotel

Amazing breakfast, location, rooms, staff and decent restaurant on site.

Missing a fitness center or a gym is not acceptable. This is a must have feature for any hotel these days. Also pool was very cold both times we visited, last year and this year.

Disappointing

We were surprised and disappointed to be charged for a carpet stain we didn’t cause. We charged 400 CHf !!We were given no indication of any issue at check-out. Receiving an unexpected charge after our departure, with no evidence or explanation, felt unfair and unprofessional. It put a damper on an otherwise enjoyable stay. We protested to the charge and they didn’t not listen to us. They sent us pics of the carpet and we did not recognise the stains.. this is the first time ever we were faced with something like this .. very disappointing

A gorgeous and very posh hotel right on Lac Leman. Incredible restaurants, one French and the other Asian. Amazing staff and wonderful spa with all varieties of skin care options for those seeking to maintain their young look. Good internet and rooms with ac that works!!!!

Overall it did not meet expectations for a Relais Chateau property

The hotel was in a fantastic location and was so quiet. The main areas in the hotel were beautiful and so tastefully decorated. The staff were all very friendly and approachable.

The room was very hot and we could not control the heating. The bed was uncomfortable (too firm) and there were not enough pillows to choose from to meet our preference. The coffee machine did not always work and the plug was difficult to access and it had some bare wires so it made us nervous to use it. The fridge did hum all night - this was more noticable because the room was so quiet. The shower head would not stay in one place and kept falling down or moving around and you had to keep adjusting it during taking a shower.

Lovely bar staff and great concierge/lobby staff taking care of the luggage and cars! The décor and smell was lovely and we loved the location and environment. Very comfortable rooms.

A few things were missing or not located properly. The full length mirror was stuck behind the side table. There was a hairdryer missing. The room service menu after 10 is very limited and the pizza felt like a store brought frozen one.

A rare Grand Hotel on a smaller scale.

It is a dream-like hotel! And breakfast is superb.

Closing the Bar at 9 pm is not acceptable, especially when the restaurant is closed. You cannot expect everybody to go to their room and order room service, one wants to enjoy the hotel facilities. Otherwise it is bed and breakfast.
