Superb in every way

This is a perfect location - directly opposite the station but I found the room extremely quiet and even had a little enclosed balcony where I could watch the busy town below. This is a superb hotel in every way - it was my third stay and I hope to return.

Great location with lots of services

Great location across from train station. La couple was very good and it was convenient to have nice restaurant in hotel for first night.liked that windows opened and great soundproofing during the night.

Beds hard. Lacking initial number of towels and bathroom amenities. Difficult to communicate we didn’t want room cleaned. We didn’t have door tag and had asked front desk.

Fantastic location and value for money

Very nice staff, location is actually fantastic. Had reservations given it's close to the train station, but you're 5 mins away from the lake and the train station itself is very nice.

Great base to explore

Excellent location in town centre, near railway station with connections to rest of Switzerland & a short walk from the promenade & lakeside of glorious Lake Geneva. Quality furniture & linen. Reception, bar & restaurant attractive & welcoming. Food was good & after we discovered they were happy to let us share dishes we ate there 4 out of 7 evenings. Good storage for a 7 night stay.

Large and clean rooms and bathrooms. Perfect location - convenient to train station, local restaurants, and Lake Geneva! Staff was helpful and accommodated every request we made. Very good food and service in the restaurant! Perfect hotel for friends and/or families. Strongly recommend.

Perfect location to be in Vevey if you want to explore other places by train.

The location is superb: next to the station and the lake. the isolation of the rooms was very impressive as we could not hear absolutely anything from the outside. we also enjoyed the varied breakfast.

Service at the reception was very helpful, kind and welcoming. But the service at breakfast was a bit disorganised, lost and not as helpful as expected: we had to insist several times to get some cups for coffee, cutlery, napkins and salt. We assumed that part of the service was in an apprenticeship, as a apparently an older lady was very efficient and helpful. The room we stayed at was a bit old, but it was very clean.

The room was quiet area of the hotel but had no view! We had a dinner at the main restaurant which was very good. Great service and delicious dinner. Did not have breakfast at the hotel.

The bathroom facilities were bit awkward. The shower door was too narrow and the shower water was overflowing onto the floor. The sink was located at an odd position just under a broad shelf that made it difficult to wash your face or hands. My wife did not like the lighting in the room which made it difficult for grooming or makeup.
