I arrived late around 9 pm and the check‑in was very easy. The lady at the reception was very friendly. The lake view from the room was amazing. The location is also very close to the train station.
One small thing I didn’t like was the shower. The curtain makes the space very dark, and when I use the handheld shower head, the large fixed shower head above drips water.

Absolutely great place, the hotel location is about 20m from Lake Geneva, the view from the 3rd floor is breathtaking, I have to highlight the boss lady the most, she is absolutely amazing, always smiling and helpful in everything... breakfast for 11fr is really enough and for that price the performance ratio is brilliant …
I'm a little sad that check in is after 3pm but I understand that the room needs to be cleaned after previous visits...
I definitely wasn't here for the last time and I highly recommend this stay
I'm a little bothered by the only small mess on the floor, but that happens to everyone, otherwise the room was very nicely prepared and cleaned, I have nothing to complain about.

Location was excellent - right on the lake and only a few minutes’ walk from the station. Easy to get to the old town and the Chateau de Chillon.
Breakfast was good, with wide selection of food.
Room was rather small and not well sound-proofed. Guests in neighbouring rooms could be heard talking and using the bathroom.
Internet connection was unreliable.
