A most ornate and charming hotel, if you love older retro buildings, you will love Villa Toscane. It retains all of the character and features of the 1920's in a really lovely way. Check in is at the large ultra modern hotel just across the road and also the breakfast restaurant is there too. Our room was clean, fresh and charming, a very comfortable bed with gorgeous bed linen. Wonderful high ceilings and gorgeous view of the lake. Bus service is very good and the train station is just a couple of stops away. Staff were very helpful and informative, nothing is too much trouble for them, all very polite.

Had a free upgrade to royal plaza. So my whole review is for that hotel. Easy travel to hotel from main station. Good view with lake Geneva.
30 francs for breakfast for each person is a little too much. And for 30 francs , we had mini pancakes that’s being printed out from machine.

Customer service was good. Amenities outside the room were good.
Checked into Royal Plaza instead of the pictured premises (cited it was an upgrade). Room was very small, had a small fridge full of drinks already, meant fitting our own wasn't easy. No microwave. Other reviews have AI responses rewording the positive and negative feedback. Definitely wouldn't pay more than $150/ night.
