Check in via ipad. The restaurant was closed. Rooms to warm and when opening window there was a lot of noose

Cozy stay, good location, overall enjoyable.

The room was clean, the overall atmosphere was cozy, and the location is very good, close to a bus stop. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Although the room was clean, there was no daily housekeeping service. The reception was only available at arrival; afterward, there was no one at the desk. This made it difficult if you needed assistance or forgot your room key, as the door would be closed.

Classic Swiss main house with a certain charm that feels more old-school than modern. Rooms are simple but functional, everything works as it should, and it’s clean. Location is practical if you need Montreux but don’t want to be in the middle of the tourist crowd.

Don’t expect luxury or design fireworks - this is straightforward hospitality. Overall, a solid 8/10 choice: nothing to remember forever, but nothing to regret either.

Room was a nice size, very clean, bed was really comfy sleep really well, bathroom was lovely and clean as well

FREE transport in Montreux, cheaper accomm odation great breakfast

The hotel is located on the bus route and the stop is outside the hotel. The Montreux authority provided free bus transport, just hop on. Located between Vevey and central Montreux , the trip on the bus takes about 10 minutes either way and comes every 10 minutes. I don’t think we waited more than 5 minutes at the bus stop. Breakfast was very comprehensive and delicious. Staff were friendly

evening restaurant staff, not friendly at all,, asked for help with menu and he rudely said in English, it’s only in French, so we left.

One of the staff is quite helpful when we arrived on Sunday afternoon because the hotel notify us via E-mail there may be no staff in the front desk being on duty on Sunday. The public bus station is so close just opposite the street that you can hop on the bus to the lakeside in 15 minutes. Guest parking is easy as well.

We only stayed one night ,it was reasonably comfortable,breakfast was basic.Staff was helpful.

The restaurant service was really nice, and the diferent options during the breakfast was perfect.

The room doesn't have air conditioner, just a fan, so during the time we stayed there the room wasn't cool at all.

My motorcycle parking space was blocked by a car owned by an employee who didn't bother to push the car forward a little, which I could only pass with effort and a lot of correction. he also slammed glass cases into the car and made an unbearable noise, he didn't care if that would bother me as a guest.

Clean and comfortable hotel

Very clean hotel with reachable staff. The room had a nice view towards the lake and vineyard. Bed was comfy and bathroom looked modern. Breakfast was good, served with delicious breads and small coffee pods. We did not have chance to use the restaurant for dinner unfortunately but it seemed nice.

The location is a bit far from the Montreux station. There's another train station but you still have to walk for 20-25 mins. There's a bus taking you to both stations but you might think twice when you have big suitcases.

Great beds and pillows - exceptionally comfortable. Easy to get to and from Montreux via the bus. Great shower!

Convenient and good location out of the commotion of town but close enough to get there easily.

Quiet location and close to town. Easy access if using the bus.

Our fault but walked to town and took a wrong turn. Definitely use the bus system.
